would be interesting to see some b-roll shots with the guy's property, lifestyle, resort, landscapes and culture. probably valuable information however difficult to watch without pictures. glad they are enjoying life there! landscapes are picturesque indeed.
wonder also whether the temperature as listed on wikipedia for example? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabo_San_Lucas
and the resort membership - is it like access to facilities? or a sort of time share?

7:42 "Twentyonethousand" In expensive Germany a normal house is 350k - theirs in Mexico is 470k. A move from Berlin to Budapest is 2k which is half their distance so 4k. A move from Berlin over the ocean is 11k. They paid 21k?
The average income in Mexico is (depends where I looked) 9k a year. So they bought a house for over 52 years of Mexican work. The average income in USA is 61k. So they bought a house worth of 3200k. And you think it is a good price? You must be all multimillionaires in Mexico!
For 350k a German (40k) works 9 years, in Hungary for 80k they (14k) work 5 years. -> Housing is cheaper relatively as well. But in Mexico people get 2/3 of a Hungarian pay. So housing should be cheaper as well - maybe 52k for an average house.
Do I imagine you go into a foreign country and buy houses which are nine times the price of an average one? ...probablemente comprendo por primera vez el sentido "precio gringo". Usedes estan en una burbuja!

It doesn't sound like the new life in Mexico is much different from the old one in Nashville.

      D. Mills - hoping when I retire in nine years there will be places where Americans haven’t driven the price up to the point where it’s cheaper to just stay in US. Cabo is no longer on my list.
