- Fishing around the Sydney Harbour bridge with big and small fishing gear for a wide variety of fish.
I believed that the stingray was going to be the biggest kingfish of my life which is why I went so hard trying to smoke it in, I was set on landing it. The grunting and shouting was not faked haha.

Hey James, how heavy should my medium heavy out fit be for Sydney harbour kingfish and bonitos, I was looking at the Daiwa td black slugger rod 8ft 6-12kg and a 4000 Saltist MQ, is that enough?or you have got other suggestions?Thanks

Great video boys I been chasinkingies in the Harbour last 2 weekends using southern calamari, any tips mate landing one ☝️
This time of year can be the hardest to get into them landbased. Although that being said if you put the time in they are quality over quantity. Live squid is best but if you buy it it the same sort of rig, 20lb to 50lb leader, and a 5/0 to 7/0 hook. Quality drag and you should be able to land them. Just never tighten halfway through a fight they only pull harder. Good luck!

Can I bring a fishing rod on public transport? My rod is 7ft and one piece but I catch the train and bus around 6-7 so not many people plenty of space is that fine?

I'll be in Sydney this coming week and looking forward to chucking in a line. Being from central Oz, it's a treat to get in some fishing. And I've become addicted after venturing to the lower Eyre Peninsula the last two summers.

Those Mac tunas are pretty bloody man, how’d it taste.
One of my favorite. It was bled out and had the bloodline removed. It still fed 4 people and I am really fussy with my fish. The sashimi was a little strong but Yea it was super good to eat.

squid head for the stingray, the mack tuna on Neptune 10gam metal and the nice kingy I believe was a small soft plastic :)
