The fences on the path make sense because my town did the same thing. We had a issue with people flying down the hiking paths on bikes and taking people out in blind turns. They ignored the "no bicycle" signs for a few years. Now that the fences are there i dont have to worry about my 6yr old getting taken out by some looser that thinks he's the next lance armstrong.

The three (or another odd number) intermeshed gears is surprisingly common in graphic design. It is possible to have three gears that turn each other, just not pinion wheels, which are the ones depicted.
Also, I have the same cookware set at 06:30 (or at least a remarkably similar one) and have never experienced that problem. Then again, I never use the smaller pot as a lid for the larger one.
10:47 I believe those are like that for people or teens more likely, who sit on the stairs and socialize with their friends. This allows them to use part of the stairs for sitting while keeping the main stairs clear.

The 'phone not hot, eat chicken easier' thing, is apparently a reference to how some Eastern people have a saying for winning in PUBG, where the direct translation of the saying is 'eat chicken'.
Simply put, when applied with proper English, the sentence should have been:
'If your phone is not overheating, you can win a game of PUBG easily. '
12:28 I am pretty sure it is related to PUBG's "Winner winner chicken dinner" you get after victory.
Due to phones overheating while playing PUBG internal temperature sensors lower "tell" the CPU to reduce clock speed in order not to fry internal components. By cooling your phone down you can technically stay at the same clock speed whole game.
