It's fairly simple. Adjust the volume of sound slot 1 (prime mover) and sound slot 25 (traction motor) until you find a balance that is satisfactory to you. I set my prime mover to 64 (50%) and traction motor to 128 (100%)
The horn and bell soundfiles are awesome!

Can this file be downloaded onto a Select decoder?
No, V5 files can only be written to V5 decoders.
