    Another tip: Sleep adequately. When you're sleep deprived, you tend to eat more, especially sugary foods.

    Salamat sa tips coach. From 33 waist line to 30-31 because of calorie deficit. Totoo nga yung sinabi mong minsan hindi nakikita yung progress sa itsura, minsan need mo rin sukatin.

    True, coach! Fasting is healthy tapos as time goes on, mawawala talaga yung gutom. Sa una mahirap kapag nagskip ka ng meal kasi hinahanap sya ng body mo, alam ng katawan mo ang eating times niya. Pero after 3-4 days magaadapt na yung katawan mo. Nabasa ko recently na dapat talaga bawasan ang sugar kasi mas mapapakain ka at magccrave ka lalo. If may craving, mas maganda nang wag kainin kaysa tumikim!! Alam naman natin na hindi tayo hanggang tikim lang haha.
    And please check po yung water intake niyo, kapag napasobra hindi din maganda, tatamaan ang kidney.

      Magllead to hyponatremia if overhydrated, meaning super baba ng sodium levels ng katawan mo which can lead to the swelling of the brain na pwede maging fatal.
      Ganyan din ako dati! Ginagawa ko nalang ngayon is chncheck yung color ng pee, if clear yung pee, magbabawas ako ng tubig. Healthy urine color is light yellow.

    thanks coach! from 75kg to 73kg in 2weeks. calorie deficit, then 8k-10k steps per day, mwf bodyweight workout.
    fasted sa breakfast. mas lumakas resistensya ko at hindi na feeling gutom lagi kahit pagod.

    BTW, pag gutom ako but on a deficit diet, dinadaan ko na lang sa tubig, coffee or tea. Also pag kaya pa naman sa MFP diary ko, I drink Athlene Whey Isolate and some soya milk or non-fat milk as a replacement sa snack.

    Been a subscriber since the Pandemic and sobrang d ko pinagsisihan sunduin mga tips mo sa videos.
    Una diet tips lang kc gusto ko lng dati pumayat. 97kg to 57kg in a year (too aggressive) and now binabalik ko yung ibang weight in a form of muscle.
    Now I'm 62 kg at around 12% BFP. Pag may nagtatanong sakin anong ginawa ko, I just immediately refer them to your channel.

    Salamat coach, nag woworkout nako last year pa at age 14 until now turning 15, nag f-fail ako lagi until i watch your videos. Laking tulong, i was 71kg at the time pero 62kg nalang timbang ko ngayon laki na din ng mga changes sa body!!!

    Nung nag woworkout pa ako every 3-4 hours gutom nanaman ako kahit kakagaling ko lang sa heavy meal. Every ilang hours po talaga dapat kumain? Pag gusto mo mag gain ng muscle/weight

    First time eating rice yesterday and 2 donut oh boy, my body didn't like it. Rice took me by a knock out and strongly needed sleep. That's why I hate eating rice.

    Hey sir, baka may recommended kang massage/spa service na kaya magmasahe ng deep tissue. Hirap kasi ako makakita ng massage service na kaya magmasahe ng bulky ang katawan. Nasasayang kasi na hindi ako nasasatisfy sa diin ng massage.

    coach Jacob question po. Currently naka calorie deficit ako at naka IF na din na 16-8. Pano po kapag nakatulog ako within the 8 hrs eating time ko, ibig sbhin po ba nun di na ko pde kumain the whole day? ty po.

    Coach may i ask kung ok lang? If ever kinukulang ka ng calories per day pwede ba siyang inuman ng 2 bottle ( red horse 500ml) of beer. Medyo hindi ko kasi siya natatangal although calorie count ko each day kulang twice a day lang kasi ako kumakain nakasanayan ko na. Thank you for the response God bless🙏

    Coach! I have a question and hoping masagot.
    Is it okay to take ng whey protein AFTER ng workout? I'm working out kasi while fasting palagi eh. I'm an athlete. Basketball basically.. Trying to get ripped kahit papaano. My height is 5'8 and weighing 65kg. Before I was 83kg down to 65. Consistent workout lang and fasting.☝🏼

      Okay lang yan bro whey protein is a supplement naman ehh. Sakin umiinum lang ako ng whey if di natalaga papasok yung daily protein macros ko pero if pasok naman di na ako iinum. Na mimiss interpret kasi ng iba yung whey protein eh masyado silang nag dedepend whey. Nasa macros talaga yan bro if kuha naman yung macros mo sa kinakain mo you dont need to take it.
