    bhai depression mein m bhi rha hu 5 saal . mujhe bhi dr lgta tha bhut park m dhoop m soya rehta tha mein smj skta hu jo aap btana chahte . but depression se bahar jb hmm aa jate hein uske baad itna confidence aa jata ki bs life bdl jati

    Tbhi jakar mai aaj keh sakti hu ki I am fine
    Aur bahut recovery baki hai
    Lekin bahut happy hu khud ko dekhkr5

    Mein ek engineer hu aur mein 21 ka passout hu and im jobless right now...its been 3 years and going to be 4 years and i have not done a single job since my graduation because i have depression and severe anxiety....meri umr 27 hogayi aur ab job mil bhi nhi raha hai....log shaadi ka puchte hai mere pitaji ko aur wo kuch keh nhi pate...mein unko proud karna chahta hu lekin mere dimag mera saath nhi de raha hai...unka mayus chehra mujhe dekha nhi jaata...lekin aisi anxiety mein kaam karu to karu kaise....mein na yaha ka reh paa raha hu aur na waha ka...mein fass gaya hu sir....if you have advice please tell me...i cant die because my parents will be devastated but pain is unbearable sir.

      Dear Saurabh. It’s very normal thing for boys life . Though you are quite young but you consider age Nikli ha rhi hain . Certain protocols are designed by the so called society. We boys and even girls too take unnecessary burden. I have gone through with this so many time times in the past . Isliye don’t control everything and anything .
      Take a sensible pause and try to understand what this phase is t trying to teach me . Note them down positive and negative both .
      Then focus what can you do good for urself and others
      Take a deep breathe spend time with nature , surrender urself at the feet of god .
      We all want to make our parents feel proud but apne peace of mind kho kr nhi . Our life and peace of mind is more precious than anything else.
      Wo mayus tab hogey jab tum koi galat kaam ya kadam uthaogey
      You only stuck within ur mind
      Take a deep breath focus on what can you better ❤️🤗 peace and happiness brother

    Vitamin d isliye low hai kyunki log dhoop mein kam nikhltey hain resistance to morning sunlight also cause depression

      Absolutely correct. ✅ it should be widely shared and after post 30 irrespective of gender our body mechanisms starts absorbing less so one should start taking supplements which is absolutely essential and natural .

    Sir mereko anxiety start hui thi dec 2023 me . Uske bad se neend aani band ho gyi. Ab medicine khaa rha hu. Abhi bhi neend aati h kabhi nhi aati.

    Sir, 1 Year Ho Gya Anxiety Ka Aur 1 Year se Mujhe 24 x 7 , Dizziness hota hai, haath pair me tremors hota hai, esi dar se bahar jaane me dar lgta hai, kahi travel nhi kr pata hoon dar lgta hai chakkar kha kr agar gir ke mrr gya to? Kuch accha nhi lgta ab to jeene ka hope bhi chhod chuka hoon, Abhi recently kisi ka death ka news sun liya apne ghr me aur tb se aur bhi zyada badh gyi hai anxiety aur dizziness, Please Help Me..... Ab paisa nhi hai mere pass ki main doctors ko dikhau main thakk gya hoon hospital se hospital daud ke please help me

      Bhai ji Pehle ye pata kro ki anxiety hone k kya reasons hain. Dhyan rakhna aapke Jeevan se jayda kuch bhi important nhi hain . Secondly what’s ur daily routine, how’s ur food intake , how’s ur sleeping patterns . Reduce screen time , start helping people whom you even don’t know , focus on deep breathing, try Brahmi vati ,start having B12 capsule after breakfast, avoid sugar items , start exercising

      Yes start taking multivitamins, deep breathing, be social to everyone , wahi kaam kro jisko kerne se Darr lagta hai , Start discussing it with your close ones, keep yourself busy all time, specially take vitamin D and vitamin B 12, also take help of psychiatrist if need to much.

      Bhai ji Mujhe bhi shuru hua tha last year from January. Saar’s test karaye sab normal nikla . Then anxiety and depression started . Aur phir mene apni story bata hee dee hain videos k through. Completely avoid refined foods and sugar . Now am almost healed but still I feel it’s still long way to go . I completely surrendered myself. Became more giving and conscious

      Sabse pehle kuch aisa mat khao jisse digestion issue ho, apne khane ke fruit add kro, plant add kro, bahar ka khana bilkul band, vit d3 and b12 check karwao apna

      Rha hu. Apna vitamin D test krwa lo and b12 bhi. Kyuki mostly iski wajah se anxiety jyada hoti h. Second thing bahar ka khana bilkul band kr do. Kyu jo ssri physctratist dete hai.
      1.Woh serotonin gut me banta hai.
      2.Ghar ka khana khao kam tel ka
      3. fruits and vegetables add kro apne khane me + coconut oil and dahi and fermented milk( chach) add kro.
      4.Atleast 2 months. Subha jaldi utho aur walk krne jao
      5. Vitamin D3 lo and b12 lelo ( check ur blood reports)
      Most important- galti se bhi bahar ka fried , street food , kuch bhi bahar ka material nhi khana, agar chicken khana hai to boiled khao woh bhi only 15 day one time.

    Hello sir.. mai bahut saviour anxiety mai thi..abhi recover kr rhi hu dheere dheere..pr muze headache 24 hr rehta hai tightness, heaviness (tention headache) 5month ho gye iss problrm ko
    ..sab thik ho rha hai pr ye headache pain piccha nhi chod rha.. low kr deta hai ye muze..
    Dr ko dikhaya lekin vo anti depression ki medicine dete hai... please help kre koi tips de..😢
