    tama info mo sir domeng.. seller kame ng chili sauce dito sa dubai at inaabot ng 1year ang shelf life ng sili namin. kasi proper pag kakaluto at magkahiwalay niluluto ang bawang at sili.

    Pwede din naman boss na halo halo na i blender, fresh din yung sili, mas kilala sa chilli paste inaabot din ng taon lifespan basta proper yung pagkakaluto saka tamang ingridients.

    Taon na pala to..bakit ngaun ko lang napanuod to...mali pala pinag gagagawa ko sa chilli garlic ko. Kaya huminto ako sa business ko kasi inaamag after 2 weeks

    thanks for sharing boss! can i just buy chilli flakes para di na magpatuyo ng sili kasi matagal ang winter dto sa lugar ko at medyo mahal din ang fresh sili dto? can i also add brown sugar and patis or soy sauce?
