Incorrect rules. You draw a card and if it helps you complete a set of one color you MUST discard that set of cards. Very important rule. Also the person who plays a card doesn't pick which color on the discarded pile to force th next person to play. The person who is next can decide which colors to discard if they have enough cards of both colors. If you don't have enough of the color then you don't have to discard any. You only say "nope!" if the card you draw doesn't force you to complete a set. And while there are other a few other games where you try to hold onto cards, shedding games are more common. This game is the opposite of Uno kinda but it does have a pretty clever mechanic to it and easy to learn.
What if player don't discard, even if they have colour card. Do they have to show to others make sure they are not lying. What if they just pick and say nope everytime. Offcourse game don't end if they lie. I just want a clarification regarding this.
No, if a player says they have nothing to discard, there's nothing to do but trust them. If it turns out it was a lie, then that's just cheating. You can't show your cards, because then other players will use that information against you.
