Yay, Becca's back! This looks good. A lot of deception games seem to have overly complicated rules that can turn what should be a fun party game for anybody into something you have to take time to learn.
I'm surprised how well received this game was with my group. I help run a meet up group around games and brews. Everyone had a lot of fun and I think will be played more. Although I wish there was some ironing out in the game, I don't know how to describe it.
They actually have a blank card that you can fill in your own topic and words, so if they don't have an expansion planned, the blank card can do wonders for crazy games.
Hey Geek & Sundry, has anyone been able to workout a way to play this game remotely (zoom) without having to have a dealer? You would have the topic card on a shared screen and then you would need to find a way to randomly send images (the code cards/chameleon card) to participants, does anyone know of an app that would do this?
Ah, I thought it would be instructions and tips on how to play that one Anarch position in Vampire the Masquerade. Though, in hindsight, maybe that was too big of a leap in logic.
There seems to be a flaw here... There are 7 code cards and if you shuffle in the chameleon card that makes 8. If you’re playing with 3 players there’s a good chance no one is going to get the chameleon card??!! She’s as annoying as the game.
Imagine being so stupid that you didn't realize she was using an example as if 8 players were present. It's for 3-8 players. You use however many you're playing with 🤡

One question, at the deal, say you have 3 players, but nobody gets the chameleon card, then what?
As a dealer you have to mix it in, you play with 4 players, pick three code cards and chameleon, then you deal it (at least spyfall worked that way)
