Thanks for the explanation. Around 7:24 you mention that only one player can occupy the top space. Can you tell me where you found that rule? I've looked at a few different English rule summaries and the Lost Cities board game but I didn't see that.

I would like to clarify one rule. In the rules reference it mentions several times that you can only move up to 5 units into any planet or void zone. Also you must destroy excess units after every ORDER you take not just at the end of ever round

Incorrect rules. You draw a card and if it helps you complete a set of one color you MUST discard that set of cards. Very important rule. Also the person who plays a card doesn't pick which color on the discarded pile to force th next person to play. The person who is next can decide which colors to discard if they have enough cards of both colors. If you don't have enough of the color then you don't have to discard any. You only say "nope!" if the card you draw doesn't force you to complete a set. And while there are other a few other games where you try to hold onto cards, shedding games are more common. This game is the opposite of Uno kinda but it does have a pretty clever mechanic to it and easy to learn.

For those who actually did this, you don't actually have to not speak, the rules state this is optional for immersion. Would be kinda of peak if you spent a whole 1 hour in silence whilst the rest of your friends got to chat and play.

Love the setup explanation, moving to Part 2 next. I'm considering getting this cause I've heard great things. But watching the video, it's hard to tell, but the lowlands look like they aren't too colour blind friendly. Do each of the tiles have some sort of notation or mark on them to help differentiate?

I think it should be said that every time it's your turn to draw a card, you should take into account the 'special power' of your own dragon (and thus draw an extra card when applicable). Also a more detailed explanation on how to count all the points in the end would be useful: the point tokens, the numbers at the bottom of the cards (sometimes in the purple square, sometime in the tea pot, depending), the calculations that have to be made with some of the (winter) memory/season cards. And that you should therefore consider ALL the cards in front of you: your hold, your deck AND your discard pile. Those are a few small things that weren't clear to us when we first started playing.

Hello Terence! Thanks for your videos! The rulebook is awful. The English version is just not good, the publisher missed a few important things (example: ONE action), but the Hungarian version (I live in Hungary) is totally useless. I think the publisher did a very bad Google translation, and they never showed it to a Hungarian player. The whole series of movie games (Exorcist, It, Knight Rider, Friday the 13th...) have the same problems. It is ridiculous and very irritating.
