Nice to see your commitment to the Z3. Anymore oil leaks from the front end of the engine is usually the oil filter housing. Inside it has an oil pressure switch with 2 orings which compress heavily and cause the leak. To get a little more power from the engine above what I have seen in your video is to clean the mass air flow sensor & 100% put a new fuel filter on. The roof can be adjusted by turning the metal latches clockwise or anti clockwise after loosening the grub screw at the base. Nice job so far. Well done
