Absolutely class ❤️⭐️ I’m now 59 and remember these classic memories as I would watch them with my father 🏆Nick Sr. who was a hard nosed ,tough Teamster truck driving man …😳 and left my life in 1977 when I was just 14 from my parents bitter divorce, it was very rare that he laughed so hard watching programs like this and “ All in the Family “🎭🤣 I always loved to see my father laugh 💔 Great memories ✨✨

@@Locktwiste72 For making similar online comments to the one you just made, I have occasionally been insulted by others who happen to like everything that's out there in the world of pop culture today in the here and now, and who have little or no knowledge or appreciation for the entertainers of old; that class of people are what they are and probably can't help it and know nothing differently than what's always been in their little bubble. I sometimes worry for the present and the future of this country and Western civilization itself that's being left in the hands of a generation which has so many souls among them who not only lack any sort of moral compass whatsoever, but cannot even grasp the concepts of class, civility, and treating others the way they themselves would want to be treated (AKA "the Golden Rule.") But I'm pushing 59 years of age as I write this, no kids or grandkids to fret over, and I'm actually thankful I probably won't be around in another 20 years to see and be a part of a society that by then will have gone completely down the waterfall.

This guy demolishes all the other great artists there with him, some of them individually, while making them (and by the way, us) almost roll on the floor laughing, and then goes to pay a beautiful, serious, heartfelt, touching tribute to Mr George Burns. 1-derful !!! A Hall Of Fame artist and human being.

Looking at Phyllis Diller in this video, she would have made for a stellar Cruella De Vil had the 101 Dalmations live action movie been done in the 70's or 80's.

His compliments are as good as his roasts. His roasts destroy you but he always ends with words of praise and admiration that are so well put together and conveyed in a manner so loving, you end up forgetting the massacre he just committed a few minutes ago.

This was a true "golden age" of comedy when we had comedic icons such as George Burns and Don Rickles. Both were genuine class acts. Gentleman, you are both very dearly missed. At the same time, you both left a legacy of integrity and genius that has (and will) be enjoyed for many generations to come.

So much class in these old roasts. No cussing, no hate, instead it’s passion, love, genuine humor, and everyone has a good time.
Unfortunately, Hollywood has turned into an unprofessional cesspool of hate, violence, humorless celebrities, and classlessness. We’ll never get anything like this back and it’s really sad to think about.
