I mean he claims to be spending money in Canadian, which is silly Canadians don't have money, that's why they are so nice. Now send American gamer to Japan, he will be blasting 'Big in Japan' on an 80's boombox while spending the equivalent of 1,000's of CAD on things like AIO's with OLED screen/RGB and power cables with RGB, possibly on screws with ARGB!

    Having lived in Japan for over 15 years, let me tell you that everything here is either extremely expensive or extremely underpowered and old unless you order it online.
    Also, i am sure Dawid doesn't read this, but for anyone that does, Japan has extremely strict privacy laws and filming in stores, restaurants, transportation, and people without consent (and blurring people's faces) can actually get your camera confiscated by police and a fine up to ¥100000 (~$1000) over their portrait/privacy laws. Since Dawid is making money from this TH-cam video and if he didn't ask for consent, he can get fined by the government and sued by any of the stores and people of they find out.

    • @TK199999
      @TK199999 ปีที่แล้ว +23

      Ironically Southern California has similar laws about filming in and around bathrooms. A World of Warcraft TH-camr got fined for doing an interview in men's room (at Blizzcon in Anaheim, California), not knowing the law. SoCal like Japan has had...issues with perverts and so has had to also create legal remedies.

    In situations like that with the CPU fan, I have had some success reversing the direction of the CPU fan to pull air up. Still isn't ideal, but it pushes the hot air into the psu and out of the case. With the 2 fans working together, the psu stays cool enough as well.

    Your build is basically 50% of my new SFF daily driver that's smaller than 5L. CPU, check. Motherboard, check. Cooler, check(minus swapped fan for a Chromax), RAM and that's where the similarities cut off. I'm using a 256GB 980Pro M.2 and a Inland Pro 1TB(ew but it was all I had on hand), a HDPlex GaN 250W and the piece la resistance, the RTX A2000 6GB, inside a Stratos case.

    I found a K39 mini itx case and GPU flex extender cable with 300w power supply randomly at the local thrift store awhile back and remarkably I had some parts itx parts laying around for a different project and decided to put em to work, 10th Gen Intel i3, MSI H5101 Pro and 16gb DDR4 2666mhz ram, Noctua low profile CPU cooler.
    I was looking for a decent itx size GPU I was going to get the 1660ti but I happen to stumble on a Intel Arc A380 and boy I am glad I did, the most recent driver updates made the a380 a very awesome bang for the buck budget GPU that supports Raytracing and with resizable bar the performance just keeps getting better and better.
    This sucker is super tiny, smallest pc I have seen with a dedicated GPU and not a APU, plus it runs all current games very well and the core i3 and the A380 are a perfect match zero bottleneck.

    Worse, most of the mobo mounting spacers werent threaded correctly, and I had to forcibly remove them (spot welded to the case), and bolt in industry standard spacers.
    On the other hand, once I had finished cursing and swearing, and brute force modding, the case looks pretty sweet, and unlike your choice - has tonnes of airflow.
    Add in a cheap RGB kit from Amazon, - also a nightmare due to Chinglish instructions; and my daughter is VERY happy; even I have to admit it looks the business, and I dont even LIKE RGB.

    2:44 That should be possible everywhere! How many times have I been disappointed by new headphones ? I can't say an exact number but I'd say about 80% of the time. On the other hand, how many times have I been disappointed by Dawid's videos ? That question is easy and I can give you an exact number, zero!

    Akihabara is just a tourist trap lol. I'm sure if you went down some back alleys you might actually find a reasonable deal.

    At 4:24 he shows a case. Can someone please tell me there is an Amazon, or ebay listing for one, it'd be perfect for a build I've planning for over a year now.

    That case actually looks cool. ( Nice sticker choice!!) if there was a case like this that had a side mounted gpu and bottom psu, with a mesh front for a rad for the cpu ... ( all those U's lol) it would be almost perfect for a travel rig. The handle is a cool feature.

    Very good content with high quality entertainment. Please make some more such videos! Seriously! Well done!

    Well, I'm glad I built my PC in an excessively large case with two 200 mm fans on the front. Super easy. Though somehow the AIO cooler still manages to conflict with the RAM.
