The essence of this performance is that it introduces the piece with a cautious, ancestral early music approach, making the audience fully aware that the piece was originally written for histrical plucked keyboard instruments, and then presenting moden sonic pleasures when the emotion increases, and without any sense of incongruity.
everyone who records this piece plays the fugue so fast and completely lifelessly and so much information is lost. You play it with the most exquisite attention to the voices and their importance and interplay it's so satisfying I've been looking for a good recording for an hour 😫
That's how one has to approach this piece. Glenn Gould himself, in his early days, rushed into it, only to understand later in life that it required a more toned down, mature tempo.

You probably sniff your own farts.

Glenn gould himself rushed it in his early days. Later on in life he realised Bach has got to be taken a more respectful, cautious, approach.
I just can't tear myself away from your playing this P&F... Everything is so correct, so appropriate. Thanks again.
Thank you for your tempo choice. I love it. ❤
so refreshing an interpretation!
WUNDERBAR!

Muy bonito.❤

Slow is no problem (like Glenn Gould played this slow as well), but those tempo changes?
slow motion 😴😴😴

Sei molto brava.
