I don't think I ever really get past the proactive survival with homeschooling 5 kids. Some days I do tons of laundry others I get none done. Cleaning happens randomly. I like the tiny task idea.
Do you have and thoughts or advice on wake up times? I have six children, we're in our second year of homeschool and our wake up/start school time has gotten later and later. I'm finding it extremely hard, not being a natural early riser myself and not having the accountability to "have to" get started earlier. My husband would prefer we get going earlier.
Hi Katie! Yes! I do have thoughts and advice on wake up times for homeschooling families. I think it would be best if I film a video on it though, so that I can fully cover everything. I will get that filmed and published in the next week. :) We've been homeschooling now for 15 years, so I've experimented a lot with wake up times.
Hundred percent same problem here. I have a couple of kids who are nonresponsive in the morning. Seriously a bomb could go off and they won't wake up. It sometimes leads to my yelling which doesn't really start our day out well.
Your video today wasn't really relevant to me, there's only my husband and myself but I enjoyed it nevertheless, took me back to thinking of how it was when my children were young. xxx

Yes, give Tiny Tasks a try, they are life-changing!
Great tips ! Yes , kids need chores .
Kids need chores, and Mamas need kids doing chores. It's a win/win! :)
