The first time I saw these guys was at Maggie Mays or someplace down on 6th street in Austin in 1984 or so, right after How will the wolf survive album came out. After the first chord was struck the dance floor packed and I knew right then that this was no ordinary band. And they just kept getting better as the night rolled on. We all left there exhausted and satisfied. I have also had the pleasure of seeing them a few times since. They never disappoint.
Thank you for posting this I signed up for their free Los Lobos AARP concert tonight but I missed it, I was so disappointed, but this concert was great!!!

I saw them last night in Houston. No Cesar there either. Not sure why, haven't read or heard anything. Hope he's OK
Seems to be something regular these days. I saw them last night in NYC, last night of s 3 day stand and David announced at the start of the srtthat Cesar had to go home early. Disappointing but they are still strong without him as this video demonstrates.
