Thank you so much!! It's a guitar that Daniel had made for him by Martin Woodhouse. It's an unusual design - 8 strings (lower strings that help boost the bass) and fanned frets. The sound hole placement is an experiment that Martin wanted to try! We really like it
What an amazing job arranging and performing!! Kapustin should have written for the guitar, as his grooves are harder to express in other instruments, such as the piano. Many of his works sound so natural on the guitar.
