Thailand holds mass cremation ceremony for victims of nursery mass killing

On October 11, 2022, Thai monks arranged a mass funeral and cremation ceremony at a Buddhist temple in Na Klang for 19 of the victims killed in a nursery school massacre. A former police officer murdered 36 people, including 24 children, on October 6 in one of the worst mass killings by a lone wolf attacker in Thailand’s recent history. Other victims will be cremated at other temples.

What do you mean you could understand the language? Are you Thai? Or if not, is there a standard language used by Buddhist monks in reciting the chants/sermons all over the world?
@@jpcoronel8261 The language of the monks is some form of Hindu I have heard.
@@tankman1214 it isn't Hindu. It's Sanskrit. It's the Lingua Franca of all Dharmic religions
@@jpcoronel8261 the monk’s language mostly comes from Pali, the co-existing ancient language with Sanskrit. However, they don’t use Pali as a Lingua Franca to communicate with other monks from other countries. It’s used specifically for reciting the chants in Buddhism.

This is just sad! It just proves that no matter where you go in the world, there is always going to be evil people. R.I.P. to all of the innocent lives that didn’t deserve this. I might live very far away from there, but my heart still goes out to them 😢
I just finished watching and was amazed how people come together to save 13 precious lives, through so many obstacles. Ironically, it was that easy to take away so many lives within minutes too. The weight of life is certainly at utmost unbalance here.

Its both sad for the parent and the child. I myself is already heartbroken just by seeing the emotions of the victims family members. My condolences to all the families there.

I just retired as a nurse.My hardest patients was children.A parent could not understand why I,🧸 couldn't give a bottle of formula they prepared at home.
Being married to a Buhdist I have to many Thai funerals, but there elderly people.Tha atmosphere was light-hearted and joy full.They celebrated the persons long.This like none I seen.Those poor little didn't get to be old and a full life.

This is worst incident I came across in my entire life. Had hard time sleeping after this. So little innocent kids. And such brutal way of leaving. That man didn’t deserve the funeral he got. He deprived them of their kids and as well as justice.
