He is actively involved in managing patients with various pulmonary and sleep-related disorders and providing intensive care to patients.     After consulting with dr. Raju Pangeni and sleep study i was suffred from severe sleep apnea and it is cured using CPAP machine contineously. Now I am living happy life. if you have snoring problem and day time sleepy please do sleep test . it may change your life . Thank you Dr. Raju and Hams Hospital . I will remain indebted to the whole life.

    To each its own but my productivity focus concentration happiness overral everything has improved alot when i started doing 7 hrs sleep minimum. Magnesium glycanate is solid suppliment if suru suru ma time ma sutne bani chaina bhane.

    My mum is suffering from chronic insomnia and regularly taking sleeping pills but sleeping pills are not working..she is crying all night...what may be the solution? She cant concentrate on anything...and she is sad whole next day..what can be the solution

      The best solution is meditation. Start from pranayama, deep breathing and relaxation techniques and then meditation.Listen about meditation, thought processes from spiritual gurus. Lifestyle should be changed, eating fresh and healthy diets.Most imporant thing is to be spiritual. Spirituality makes huge difference in insomnia ans mental health problems.Try different meditation techniques, understand about meditation, one will surely work..Be happy😊 best wishes for your mom..😊
