  • In order to understand anankastic and the personality archetype of the Master Craftsman and to deal with them in the best possible way, we present to you 10 characteristics you should know about the anankastic personality disorder and the Master Craftsman archetype. Recognizing anankastic personalities is perhaps not that difficult, but at the same time, it is often a challenge to really understand and deal with people with an anankastic personality disorder in the best possible way.

    Reminds me a bit of Monk, especially the unbalanced form. I can also see a bit of this archetype in myself , sometimes annoying people with my sticking to rules ;-), but also at work when I correct things from my colleagues they messed up in my opinion.

    It seems like the this is the MBTI's type to this one is the ISTJ or ESTJ
