It’s so real to see creators go through mental struggles as well. Being someone who suffers with severe anxiety, OCD, and ADD, I want to try and being awareness to others and help others going through the same. Definitely sending prayers to both of you individually and to little Jerry ❤️

You are NEVER alone! Idk why mental health gets swept under the rug still. I suffer from anxiety/depression and the second they touched on the subject it was very comforting because knowing that even these 2 struggle.. they're so happy all the time, theyre the perfect couple, beautiful baby, great families.. but even then, they deal with mental issues too. It was very real and brave of them to mention

The Hebrew word for “humility” in the Bible translates to “lowly, depressed.” It’s not self deprecation like they do in many religious organizations. You’re on that path my brother! When I struggled with it, in my prayers I received the word “credence”. I didn’t know what that meant. That is the word that helped me free from my depression. Best of luck!
That is so spot on about creators battling depression, and not just comedic ones in my opinion. Being an artist and creating something from the Pitt of your stomach takes a lot out of you. And sometimes, wanting to be the "best" causes you to slip away into this "abyss" like mentality...it's hard to describe. I bet this is why some of the most of creative music artists end up on drugs or in the hospital.
I was just telling my husband the other day I feel like I'm subtly slipping into a depression. It has taken a couple weeks to realize. Try and get some fresh air it helps tremendously!
Props to you love for communicating that! Communication is HARD for me in those times, I just want alone time. Fresh air absolutely helps, I’ve been waking for an hour in the morning and it feels so good. Being creative and doing art helps me too. So I too have acid reflux which formed while I was pregnant with my son. They also say that if you have this during your pregnancy that means that your child will be born with a head full of hair which he was. But my doctor said that what causes acid reflux is fried foods and hot foods. Prayers for you both, your health, wealth, and spirituality.

Your right Glory...the outside doesn't always match the inside feelings...like at Robin Williams...he was heavily battling depression and no one knew behind every joke and funny voice...he was struggling and felt alone. The Hebrew word for “humility” in the Bible translates to “lowly, depressed.” It’s not self deprecation like they do in many religious organizations. You’re on that path my brother! When I struggled with it, in my prayers I received the word “credence”. I didn’t know what that meant. That is the word that helped me free from my depression. Best of luck!

That is so spot on about creators battling depression, and not just comedic ones in my opinion. Being an artist and creating something from the Pitt of your stomach takes a lot out of you. And sometimes, wanting to be the "best" causes you to slip away into this "abyss" like mentality...it's hard to describe. I bet this is why some of the most of creative music artists end up on drugs or in the hospital.
I was just telling my husband the other day I feel like I'm subtly slipping into a depression. It has taken a couple weeks to realize. Try and get some fresh air it helps tremendously!

Props to you love for communicating that! Communication is HARD for me in those times, I just want alone time. Fresh air absolutely helps, I’ve been waking for an hour in the morning and it feels so good. Being creative and doing art helps me too. So I too have acid reflux which formed while I was pregnant with my son. They also say that if you have this during your pregnancy that means that your child will be born with a head full of hair which he was. But my doctor said that what causes acid reflux is fried foods and hot foods. Prayers for you both, your health, wealth, and spirituality.

I get that overcoming depression as a creative. I've had to start walking around my house, saying affirmations out loud, having deeper conversations with God, grow and continue to go through my silent journey. I've started to speak up more about what I have survived so even just being real open and transparent is important and I thank you both for sharing. Cheering you on from Ohio.

So grateful that you felt comfortable enough to share such vulnerable times ya both individually ya are going thru. Your right Glory...the outside doesn't always match the inside feelings...like at Robin Williams...he was heavily battling depression and no one knew behind every joke and funny voice...he was struggling and felt alone. I'm glad ya getting help and your not alone...you guys have been thru so many changes as individuals and together as a whole. I wont go into the details of what you guys have shared with us supporters but I know ya have gone thru some things that ya kept private.
