Wow, all i can say is this is amazing, especially how you customize as you go! And you involve your wife and friends. All the people who hate wish they could do what you do. Admirable brother that you are
Hey, I really appreciate this comment.
It’s people like you that make me wanna keep doing this for a living. New video coming this Friday. 👊
@@buildersblueprintkeep doing it. First time to your channel I’m now a subscriber enjoyed the build very much. You are very skilled.
Exactly! I love it and subscribed to your channel! Thank you for the great content with full explanation. Job well done! @buildersblueprint 🙌🏾
Whatever you want to do with your space is your business... I built a tiny house myself and love it... its not completely finished but getting there... great video...
Amazing!
There is a shortage of dwellings and your city doesn’t allow for a rental on your property… I think that some home regulations are just no longer in touch with the societal need of the communities.. Its all about the needs of developers…
Whats to rent out? It's literally a box with a few outlets. No bathroom, no kitchen or basic amenities at all, not to mention most state won't allow you to rent out a property that has an unlicensed sub/service panel install. It would need to pass inspection and one required determination other than it looking good and done right, is if it was done by a LICENSED professional.
Was this awesome absolutely! Was I a little disappointed this turned out to be a gym and not a tiny home, yes a little, but this build was definitely nice and very detailed. The hard work you and your wife put into this shows. You didn’t skip corners and you thought out everything. Who knows maybe you guys can move in there and rent out the big house if you choose in the future. Regardless this place is beautiful and you guys did great!
Thank you I really appreciate this comment. We were really bummed out when we found out we were not able to build a livable tiny home in our backyard from the city. I do appreciate you watching, and we plan on making many more videos like this in the near future. ❤️
Move into a gym? 🥴
I would of put a couch, mini bar, fridge, tv and sofa in there. What a waste to put gym equipment in there.
Wanted some windies when I saw how cluster-phobic it looked
Good thing I saw this comment. Won’t waste time watching the rest 😭
You have a family, wife, kids, dogs, house, youth, skills, ....you have HAPPINESS over there my friend! God bless you! ❤
Greetings from Barcelona!
Amen! When I saw the kid and the dog, I knew this was a very happy family! Yes, God bless them! :D
I can’t lie I think that space deserves to be more than just a gym. Love the build though.
This was built better than most homes you see today. ❤ Love the studio build. 😊
This would make a good backyard party zone. Couch chairs big screen TV, sound system and a bar... great for sports parties
Completely agree. We may more the gym equipment into the garage
You are rich. With all this skills. Beautiful job. 🥰
❤️❤️
This definitely inspired me to do this with my brother. We have some experience with carpentry and this will be a dream to build. Y’all did an amazing job! Bro you have some talent! Thank you for sharing and teaching us.
Excellent job! The only thing missing is a mini-split!
Thank you I completely agree. We plan on adding one in the next few weeks but we really just didn’t have the budget to get one right now.
Also, please share your power source setup from house
This TINY HOME is very versatile and really could be made into whatever you need it for. Nice job. I’ve watched two videos of yours and have enjoyed each one of them. I look forward to taking some of these tips when I build my versatile tiny home.
Thank you we plan on adding a few more things when we get a little bit more money but we will be posting another video in the next few weeks or so. ✌️
I'ma build this someday! Live off the grid with solar power and enjoy more freedom then I have in the homeless shelter
Bro, I appreciate you watching and supporting us as much as you do it means a lot to us. I also looked for your message on Instagram, but did not see it.
@@buildersblueprint I'm bornitalianizlive...your Manny and hope right?
Me too
You are very talented bro! I was hoping to see it as a home though..
" Excellent ".. Well Built AND... Well Filmed...
Thanks Homie more videos coming soon. 😎
Great working on that deck. I like the flooring you picked might use those for my build
Thanks man 😎
You did a great job! Everything looks really nice and is good quality. I especially like the big windows.
You did an excellent job on this tiny home. Your work is nothing short of excellent!
LUV UR CONFIDENCE, ENTHUSIASM & UR TEAM/HELPMATES! Absolutely FANTASTICO.....LUV IT!!
Beautiful!! I can't believe how those wooden stakes got sucked into the ground for the deck 😁 Had to put that on super slow speed to view that multiple times.😄
Beautiful job!!!! Love all your videos!! God bless ❤❤
Thanks 😊❤️
couldn’t wait to see how you were going to finish the inside - looks great!
Thank you more videos coming soon ❤️
WOW! Just watched part 2. Amazing and you guys did a fantastic job. I’m supposed to start my build late summer. What an inspiration!
Thanks for watching we are building a camper in the next video and will be posting it as soon as possible.
Excellent work and a brilliant result, as usual.
You are very talented .😀👍
Thanks Homie I really appreciate the love ❤️
That thing is on point. I love it. That would be a nice little spot for me and my son as like a man cave. Well me my son and my for daughter's. Great job. If u don't...u should do this as a business. Once again great job.
Very nice, very nice 👍 😊! Love y’all’s color choices, the wool insulation is really neat, I’ve done blown insulation and regular ol’ fiberglass ; which I’m allergic to 😝; but this I’m definitely going to have to look into! I’ve got enough flooring and breadboard from a deconstruction to do the floor and wainscoting 4’ up the walls then create a plate rail. Thank y’all for so many wonderful ideas 💡 😊!!! So nice including your Son, teach them while they’re young ♥️♥️♥️😊!!! Gonna check out some of your other videos!
Awesome build and video!! I'm planning on turning my single car detached garage into a home gym so this was a lot of inspiration.
However, unless I missed it I didn't see how the LEDs looked on the handrail.
Thank you check out the flooring that I linked in the description you won’t regret it. Also, I was not able to add a video of the cable railing light because the we still haven’t finished running the permanent electrical to the gym but I will be posting a picture on TH-cam post later tonight
Amazing! Sad that your city won't let you turn it into an actual tiny home, but still love this! It's like a gym extension of your own home, but built by your own two hands! Your family and you seem amazing! God bless you! :D
Thanks so much. New video coming this weekend ❤️
Fair play to u .hard work worth all the sweat and pain we'll done young man ❤
I love your videos, because you really explain the step by step concepts really well! You have me excited about building!
Nice work! 👍🏽 Was hoping though to see the deck lighting at the end. ✨
Very nice, however in carpentry class we were told the roof first before the walls.
You get a clean meetup and the walls help to hold up the roof.
seriously phenomenal job! you deserve the gym!!
Really appreciate the comment We worked our butts off on this build. We have already started on the next project and will be posting it as soon as possible.✌️
Love the wood ceiling ❤❤❤ I’m encouraged to do it myself for my porch area. Great job on the whole thing 😊
Thanks I’m glad you enjoyed the film ❤️
Love your project! Your attention to detail and to share it with us is amazing! Thank you!
Dude, you DID that!!! Beautiful work!
Well done.keep the great videos coming.💛💜🌍👍
Thank you I really appreciate the love and support ❤️
That was an impressive build and an amazing video to watch!
Thank you I really appreciate it. We have already started the next video and will be posting it as soon as possible. ✌️
Great video and really impressive work on your tiny house! While watching, I noticed that the facade doesn’t extend over the foundation blocks. I thought it might be a good idea to protect the threshold from rainwater, as puddles could potentially form there.
Towards the end, I saw that you built a terrace, which does a great job of protecting the front and side areas. Well done! I just wanted to point out that you might want to keep an eye on the backside as well-it wasn’t shown in detail in the video. Maybe you could extend the facade downwards there as well or use another method to protect the foundation blocks.
One more thing I noticed: The skylights, or windows near the roof, are framed directly into a wooden frame without any floating support. I suspect that if the building settles, the wooden window frames might come under tension. I also noticed in the video that the frames are built quite tightly, with limited space between the window frame and the surrounding wooden wall or cutout. If the house settles or shifts, this could create stress on the windows, potentially causing the glass to crack.
Other than that, amazing work-thanks for sharing!
Love your video. You and your family are doing a great job on this tiny home.
Thank you I really appreciate it ❤️
Remarkable thamks for sharing this and putting all that hard work! I like that your family helped.
Awesome result! Thanks for sharing! I wonder if you can turn your fitness equipment 90 degrees to make it easier to load the weights on the bar though?
Ang galing naman❤❤❤😮
Id love to do something like this for a detached office for work. Run buried power and internet to it, mini split, mini fridge, etc.
Thanks a lot for this incredible video😊
Thanks for watching. More videos coming soon. ✌️
Nice. An asset to when you put your home on the market to sell
Enjoyed the videos no matter how long it took you learned something’s from you im probably going to do tongue and groove inside my home
*Большое спасибо за продолжение и огромный вам привет с берегов Урала ! Урал смотрит !!!*
🙌🙌😎
@@buildersblueprint 👍
It looks soo good. Thank you for sharing your process. I would love to live in a tiny home, but, I am a single female and don’t know the first thing about building, nor would I be able to physically do it. 😂😢 Then there’s the zoning laws and all that, which I know nothing about. Thinking of looking into pre-fab options as well. Just trying to learn a bit more for now. Nice work!
Awesome … thanks for sharing your project. You guys did an amazing job.
I like the block foundation because the home can be moved, sold, and placed on wheels. Great idea!
Love the color combo
I was looking for a video just like this. Thank you for all the details, I’m looking to take down my shed and make a gym, maybe a little bigger for me but I’ve job
Very nice Tiny home 🏡 id didnt a windows in front and back so that it wont feel so close in id not put it so close to the back fence incase fire you got one wsy in one way out you did beautiful job 😀 ❤❤enjoy your Tiny home
This came out soooooo goood. You make it look so effortless! Way to go!
Thanks ❤️
You've all made a great job of it 👍
Thanks homie.
We plan on building a camper in the next video and will be posting it as soon as possible. Thanks for watching and God bless.
Amazing job! Love all the colors and materials. Especially the flooring. More info please.
Thanks 😊
MUITO BOM !! Very Good, you did a good job! From Rio - Brasil.
Excellent job!! Disappointed about it ending up a gym.
It was a little disappointing to us as well, but we really love the way it turned out and I have already started using it.
We have already started working on the next video and will be posting it as soon as possible. Thank you for watching and God bless. ❤️
Good job! I was waiting to see a night shot of the rail lights or maybe I missed it. 😊
Excellent work !..
Master builder !..
Fantastic build guys. I want a tiny home on my property to generate some residual income. You've definitely got them skills my man, great job.
Thanks Homie. Eventually, I may end up renting out if I can find some type of loophole. lol or just planting a bunch of tall bushes so no one sees 🤣🤣✌️
Excellent production. You got skills. Great editing and voice work.
Thanks Homie. I really appreciate it. New video comes out tomorrow at 8 AM EST ✌️
Was soooo excited to see that you posted an update. I’m sorry the city is such a control freak!! Would’ve been some great passive income to be able to rent it out. May I ask why they said you guys couldn’t ?
I won't lie im jealous. 😂 I have a rooftop patio in my yard that pretty much takes up the entire backyard. I don't have emough space for a tiny home... I really wanted one in my yard. 😭
Y'all did an awesome job! That guy in the red hoodie was the best worker though... Lol. Planning on building something similar in our backyard as well.
Hey, I really appreciate you watching. We have already started the next project and will be posting it as soon as possible. 👊✌️
Impressive work! Looks amazing 🤩
Thanks homie 🙌
Watched part one & two. Very Awesome 👌. Congratulations!
Thanks! we worked our buts off on this one and we have already started working on the next video and will be posting it as soon as possible. ✌️
Can you make a video on how to do the electrical wiring and water if you have that and also ac/heat
Beautiful ❤❤
I followed this from your part 1 where Gym was not mentioned. TH-cam showed me part 2 as continuation of part 1.
Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, we had to change the design last minute, which is why it turned out to be a gym. We really appreciate you watching and hope you watch our other videos.
We are currently building a an actual tiny home on wheels. Part one is already posted and we are almost finished with part two. ❤️
Wow! This place looks great! Awesome job!!
Thanks 😊
This was very informative and enjoyable to watch. Thank you!!
I am impressed. You did a beautiful job.
Barry well done very beautiful
Thanks 😊
I thought this building supposed to be... Like a kind of a bit different gym, you know... Like to train pelvic or something 😃
Anyway, I many appreciate this video. Thanks! Wish you the best luck in all future projects!!!
what a lot of work you have put into this Tiny house and it went out georgeous. Do you do this type of work as your profession? Thumbs up for this huge task.
Thank you I poured my heart and soul out on this build. I’ve never built anything like this in my life. Im just a regulas diyer and really wanted to make it as nice as possible. I do appreciate you watching and supporting our channel. We will be building a camper in the next video and will be posting it as soon as possible. God bless. ✌️
wow! great job!!!
You did a great job!
Thanks so much. More videos coming soon
Awesome video. Love the detail. You guys worked really hard on this and it shows :-)
That was a really nice build dude.
I'd have drywalled the ceiling first then painted the walls before installing the tongue and groove. Beaides that, great job!
Great job! It would make a good she shed for all my projects. 😂
Beautiful!
Next time put a vermin barrier to protect the work below. Hardware cloth anchored to prevent chewing of flooring work and a perimeter, set into a deep channel in soil to prevent their housing under, wafting their aroma through the boards. 👏
This is beautiful but what about heat and air?
Wow ❤ BEAUTIFUL. !
Thanks ❤️
Lots of home have the bathrooms outside
This is a home!
wow....this was nice. great attention to detail.
Nice 👍
Thanks ❤️
very well done... thx for sharing.
Very nice.I like that man pretty cool
Wow
Tu eres muy joven
Como sabes tanto ?
Un hombre muy trabajador e inteligente
Te admiro
you never said where you got the power of electricity from. do you have a power line coming from the poll , or did you have to contact the energy co. to do that.
Beautiful you made it looked so easy, although I know it was a job
Question for you, how did you get power for the whole structure? Did you have to have the power company run wires from the pole line or did you wire it to the house? I want to build a workshop/car garage but I want power to it
From where did you get the Electricity to Iluminate the tiny house in the inside?
Very nice!
Thanks!
I enjoyed watching this. What is the paint color?
This is amazing
Thanks bud
Did you just attach to the houses breaker box?
