      Could you add in some more core and upper workouts for part three? I really like those the most for running training.

      I love your workouts and do them every week! I'd love to see a cardio focused work out as an alternative to a run if you can't get outside to do one. It would be great for not losing cardio fitness and stamina if running outside isn't possible - especially in the current climate!

    I try to do this follow along workout 3 days in a week along with running. Please add more workout videos for runners

    I love that this one is more targeted strength training and less of cardio, because I am currently injured and trying to increase my stamina without running (shin splints, I'm a beginner, haha.) This looks perfect! Can't wait to give it a try. Thanks Running Channel!

    I've been using this workout and the accompanying Session 1 as strength training through my marathon and 50k training. I've really loved these videos and can tell that my strength and mobility has improved. Thanks so much for posting these!

    This was my first home workout ever! Thinking: „it won‘t be that hard..“. But I paid the bill for never paying attention on anything else than running😵 thank you for making me sweat!😂

      Brilliant! Well done! We recommend building into your schedule once a week if you can. There are so many benefits to your running that you can get from a little strength and conditioning work

    Thank you. Loved doing a workout in real time with timers, rest breaks and a hint for prepping the next move. This will become a regular session in my weekly routine. Might even take it out to the garden when I get a little more proficient at the moves!

    Each part has its own end goal. This one is less cardio and more core strength. It’s a nice mix up! Currently it’s so hot outside so I can’t run. Doing these videos for the next few weeks

    I can’t tell you enough how much I love this routine. No matter how fit I think I am, this makes my muscles talk to me the next day. Great routine.

    That was tough! Those side planks were so difficult! Glad I did it though! Can you keep doing this please as I am really enjoying them!

    Keep up the great work you two. I started watching you guys and doing your excerises only a couple weeks ago but already, I can feel the difference. I am an avid trailrunner and I have large dreams dedicated around the sport of ultra running. I turned 18 years old only 6 days ago and these videos are putting more confidence in me and the fact that I am still trying to pursue that dream in hopes that maybe I will achieve it one day. I thank you both and your videos :)

    Thanks for doing these two videos I been doing 1 every mon and 2 thur or Fri every week since they came out. Enjoy the follow along aspect. Only really ever did a few of these excercises as a warm up before a run never as a workout but feel like its making me a stronger runner so thank you so much ❤

    Thank you Anna and Andy! I'm getting back into doing this workout regularly. Last year, I did this one and session #1 almost every week and found that my running speed increased over time and my form improved. I eventually built up to running a 5k in 35 minutes, which I never thought I'd be able to do! Hoping to get to that point again this year :)

    Love these workouts for rainy days/days I can't get to the gym! The first round I'm always like "meh, this isn't doing much" but by the final round I'm having to dig deep and watch my form. ;) Thanks for such well-done videos!

    Came back from an ankle injury that I got myself into recently. While now starting to train again I try to train a tad bit more efficient. This workout felt great and was also super fun! Thankyou!

    this is my 2nd workout with you guys. I did the 1st session and loved it. The only thing i would say is when you do the cool down then i have to pause to do the 15 sec for each stretch. I will get used to doing them eventually but for a beginner it would be helpful to do tthe 15 sec with us. . . (pouring down outside so this is very welcome and not too long.Well done !

    I did this today with a 30-minute easy run as my "warm-up", thanks again for making me do strength training! Couldn't quite manage the burpees yet, but maybe one day! The dead bug is one of my favourite ab workouts.

    I've only recently come back to running and exercise after a 5-6 year slump. Right now I can only make it through one set of these exercises, but I'm looking forward to when I can do the whole thing!

    Excellent workout! For those who want a bit more upper body work you can do a proper burpee instead of the half burpee in the video. Actually do a press up by dropping right to the bottom position of a press up at the start of the move instead of to straight arms then follow the rest of the move.

    I think it is really great that you upload these Home Workout Videos and they seem to be very good workouts. However I would love it if you could add an apartment friendly/no noise version. A lot of the moves involve jumping or running in place and that doesn´t really work if you want to be considerate of your downstairs neighbours.

      @@runningchannel Good workout! It seemed easier than the first one in the beginning, then by the end realized it wasn't. Had to do regular squats instead of burpees (neighbours). Even with adaptation, it's far more motivating following these workouts than doing my own.
      It's been almost 5 weeks without running, and the workouts definitely help. But I am considering going for short 2-3 k runs around my building very early in the mornings, once a week maybe.

    Really enjoyed that and was able to adjust it to my abilities. Having dislocated both shoulders in the past, they are weak. So i struggle with planks etc. A sneaky drop down to the knees every now and then means i can still do them but with less force on my shoulders. Thank you guys 👏👏

      Woken up this morning to a pair of very sore legs, thanks to the HIIT! I have been doing high mileage on my running, but never had such soreness in my legs muscles. HIIT has shown me that many muscle groups has yet been worked on.

    Really enjoyed both this and the #1 workout. One bit of feedback. Please allow more time for the stretches. 15s per stretch is cutting it fine to begin with (I prefer 20-30s) but with zero gap it takes me 5-10 sec to get into position. 15s minus 5-10 seconds of faff really doesn't leave enough time for a useful stretch. It's annoying to have to keep reaching for the remote to pause the workout.
