Sir, I have participated in Ekal 3.0 run on 1.12.24 in Delhi in which I have completed 10k in 50.01 minutes. This is my PB 10k so far. I took some inputs from your videos. Thank you for your valuable guidance though indirectly. I would like to join in your training from Jan, 2025. Dhanyavadh.
Sir mai daily 5-10 km run karta hu 6 ke pace me......30 days se 8 ko vvmc 21 km marathon me participate Kiya hai Uske baad jan me mumbai half marathon......kya 2 month me ulta marathon ki practice kar sakta hu....... Please suggestion......
TMM aur Tata Ultra ke beech 1 mahine ka time hei...Aap TMM half kar rahein hein..so body ready nahi hoga fo tata ultra 50km. Better aap tata ultra mein 35 km register karein.. TMM ka 21km training aapko 35 km mein help karega. 50km thoda hectic ho jayega

Ash bhai, pls guide me how to improve my cadence.. My usual average cadence is around 160 to 170spm
Short steps is the key to increase cadence. Short length will help to hot the ground frequently which increases cadence and prevent injuries.
