What to do if all cameras display no image on the DVR monitor

If you can see the system panel setting interface as shown in the picture, but no channel displays image on the monitor, please try the following steps.
First of all, please ensure everything is connected properly on your device.
Take one of the channels as an example here. Please ensure your device’s BNC connector is connected properly and it is not loose.
Please be sure to use the standard power supply included in the kit for power supply.
Cover the front of the camera with your hands. If you see the IR light on, it indicates that the camera is turned on normally.
If the IR light is not on after you cover the front of the camera with your hands, please replace the camera’s power supply.
If you have replaced the camera’s power supply, but it still doesn’t work, please try using a single power cable instead of a 1-to-4 splitter cable to power the camera.
When everything is ready, the IR light will be on after the camera is powered up.
Click [Main Menu]-[System]-[General]-[Video Standard] to check if your video standard is selected correctly.
Click [Main Menu]-[Advanced]-[Restore] to enter the factory reset interface.
Select all and click [OK].
Click [Main Menu]-[System]-[Digital]-[Channel Type].
Make sure your device channel type is selected correctly (the first option is ticked by default).
Click [TVI&AHD] to confirm the HD type.
Try all options to choose AHD, TVI, CVI and Auto.(Note: The DVR’s model information can be found on the bottom label and the camera’s can be found on its label.) - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

We almost broke everything into pieces, but thanks god I found this vid! The number at Connection types were set to 8 instead of 4 (ammount of cameras connected). Changed it to 4 fixed the issue. 🥰
I did several attempts on fixing the problem (No Video).
What happened was I saw this video, I removed the adapter thinking I need a reference when buying a replacement. Remembered we’re quarantined and no electronics shop is opened. Re-installed the adapter and voila! It worked again! Switching off the dvr isn’t enough, it also wanted to be unplugged. Goodness.
Thankful for this vid as it gave me the idea of replacing my adapter! 👍🏼
Which adapter are you talking about? I've factory reset mine but it just seems to have gotten worse...

So just unplug and replug the camera that has gone out?
@@ronjeremy4571 wasn't the adaptor with mine mate, was the wire that goes from the camera to the box I had to replace. So can be a few different problems you just need to figure it out for yourself.

Thank you, buddy, you saved the night. Every camera was showing a black screen and the IR lights were not on even in the dark so I checked the camera power supply and fixed it, done everything was working again.
Same , I also had the same issue but then after change the camera is working but my screen is still black

Go to Settings and make sure your cameras are not checked off for the COVERT options. This makes your feed black while recording in the background.

What about a flashing screen and no cameras displayed?
What do you do when the dvr/nvr is not showing up on on Tv/monitor? Just black screen. All connections are good, and system appears to be working, al light are green and solid. System was working when last checked. I Just have no picture feedback. Tried 2 hdmi cables with no picture at all. both cables work on my ps4.
I know it's a late reply and you probably got it fixed by now, but it may be a bad power source. I had the same problem a few months back and thought I was going to have to buy a whole new system. Turns out I just needed to buy a new power supply for the cameras (about $15 on amazon)
I have a power issue with my cameras. I know I need to buy a new four way splitter but I have another issue just powering one. It is cutting on and off. What could be the problem?

Okay, all went well until 1:16. When I go into Main menu- system, I don’t have the Digital tab. Is there a way to get it or a way to bypass it?

On my REOLINK DVR all the cameras were not working. I had to go into the SYSTEM menu and do a RESTORE ( reset admin / password ) etc. But the cameras started working again.
In my left camera screen i got a extra logo of Nx error and the camera screen is black but camera light are ON on outdoor what should id o now

Your power supply is. Starting to fail.youi need to replace it.
This happen to me too right now ! The camera on the app was working fine but the tv was like the video above now just the app works and the tv is just black
This literally happened to me yesterday. When you say replace the power supply, do you mean the power lead? Sorry for the naive question!!

Our digital video recorder is not working wen I turn it on the box is just flashing
I have tried everything to fix mine and I seriously need help. All 4 of my cameras on screen are showing up as recording fine and the dates, video symbols etc. are all showing.However, all 4 screens are black with the green (AHD) login in the centre of each one! They all went black at the same time and I cannot get the cctv video images back on now. Anyone be able to help?? The dvr box seem to be working fine also plus I have i stalled a vrand new 2TB hard drive.

@@marcocruz8440 hi mate.yes I managed to work it out eventually.The 4-cable splitter where the 4 seperate camera wires go in to....one of them was faulty! That's what's causing all the other screens to black out. Test the cables one at a time and if you can find out what cable is faulty then just keep that camera cable out of the connection bit, and unplugged. Then the other cameras should be working.il try upload video next week if u haven't already tried this.

Basically I selected NTSC on the camera setting by using the CCTV harddrive and then the screen went black and went back to the settings I could not open the camera menu

I have 2 channels not working. I bought a new camera (because it was only 1 channel at first that wasn't working) but that never made a difference. hey i went in menu and switched from pal to ntsc (i think is da name) and now mine working, try dat. go in system startup and it should be on da first screen.. after dat if u gt dat button try holding it down,up,right and left for 7 seconds apiece to see if that works

hi. i had this issue with my system i got it fixed. it was the power to the cameras was faulty.
Mines the same, does the control unit power them? I didn't install it but from what I can see the wires all go to the same box. Any help would be much appreciated.
@@Daniel_Anthony hi I bought a 12 volt 5amp. Power unit for 15 euro.it. Powers the DVD recorder and the cameras. Working great.hope this helps.
Hi just installed mine im putting my finger over the camera night sensor and can see the infrated lights appear was yours still appearing even with the faulty power? Ive tried everything in this video bit still getting black screens
@@JamesJones-kb3os no. nothing from the cameras. but i had 4 cameras and when i disconnected three one showed. thats how i found out it was the power plug. so i bought one power supply that powers my seven cameras and my recorder.

About ready to junk my system. Worked before but no picture. when moved, never hooked back up. but someone wanted them and I said they work and they didn't. been working on getting them powered as a elderly lady wanted these. Can't help her.

A Very Crap NVR, Locks up, Freeze's, an screws up the images. But support wanted to blame the camera's, once they found out i was'nt using there annke brand cameras.
