Internet is filled with password reset for Zosi. Great. But I accidentely changed the resolution to 4K (I believed it was for the camera and not the screen). I have about 10 monitors and TV's to my disposal, but non supports 4K. So I cannot see the screen and thus not the menu. Is there a hardware reset? I already took out the 3V cell for many hours with the power unplugged. I even shorted the the battery cell terminals to no avail. When I power on the Zosi I can see the initialization screen for several seconds before it switches back to 4K... There are no reset buttons, points or anything. Very bad from Zosi. How to hard reset to factory default without using a screen? Anyone?
hello, maybe you won't do without uploading the update again, if you can't do anything, go to the ZOSI website and download the update or describe your problem more --- dvr model etc. greetings

Same. I believe mine is because it doesn't have the Cloud Server Status at the bottom of my network access. Getting a hold of ZOSI is a PAIN!

On the screen, right click, then click stop scan.
