This may be too complex for Notion, but I wish the counter at the bottom would only count certain numbers. I'm makinga spendings and income tracker, so I wish the counter would count the total amount spend when the tag 'Spend' is used.
Yeah, but you would have to it by connecting two tables with a relationship. After that, it gets pretty specific to what you are doing. Let us know how it goes!
@@ProlificOaktree Yes, I did somehow find a reddit post for this. Quite complicated, so I hope Notion will really make their tables easier to navigate. Anyway, thank you.
Thank you so much! This just shows me how Notion is a great option for organizing my work tasks!
Yeah, Notion rocks. I've been using Coda though!
I didn't know that notion can count specific characters. thank you very much.
Thanks a lot for the filter's idea!

Either one of the techniques shown in the video would work for what you are describing. Either make a new column with an IF formula or use filters.
Could I count unique rows if they contain a word on one sheet but report that count like on a dashboard?
Can you explain" ISNUMBER" in notion
" A" contains => AAA (print)
" B" containd => BOB (print)
" C " contains => CPP (print)
I am not sure what you are asking.
Is there a way of referencing that bottom "SUM" in another page of my notion document??

How i can grab multiple text like "October 2023 "
Would it work if you're counting multiple columns instead of rows?
It would be completely different than this video but it could be done.
