Avoidants say they don’t know how much they hurt people, but that is BULLSHIT. How could you not understand that acting that way towards someone who loves you would hurt them? Avoidants are only concerned with themselves, they don’t care about how they make others feel

She confessed that she missed me. but decided to block her because i realized how i deserve better than how she treated me, she hasn't change while i'm now too busy for her shenanigans. i do still love her, but i respect myself more now to let myself be a doormat.

I Truly Love you. You have helped me so much. You got me through a very hard time for my fiance broke up with me I did the no contact rule and realized that certain things in life happen sometimes for the better sometimes the worst and every situation is a little different but I did want to give you an update that me and my fiance I did get back together we're not planning to get married anytime soon because that was one of the reasons why she did break up with me because she thought we were moving too fast I'm happy to tell you that I found my inner strength because of having faith in God and having people like you giving great advice I know your advice will not work for everyone but it worked for me getting back with my ex I don't know how long it will last but I will love every second and every minute of being with her but if we ever did break up again which I pray we don't I will be a stronger man and I truly do know my worth as a loyal honest caring hard-working wear my heart on my sleeve man that I am and that's one of the things that she said brought her back to me she told me she was also shocked when I told her that I agreed on our break up and I hope that she would honor that I didn't want to have any contact with her whatsoever and in those 4 weeks she realized how much she missed me and truly love that and put aside all the negativity so I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart and God bless you and I still to this day continue to view your videos and I encourage people to truly listen to the advice you have God bless you

Thank you so much, coach! Your videos are always so informative and comforting! This "hang in there" video was very soothing and came at the right time. Ive been doing no contact for a month now & Ive been so good at it but the anxiety & sadness are still very overwhelming. On social media, my ex keeps putting hearts on my pics but still has not reached out to me.

I've impregnated myself I'm makeing more money and im in school fulltime and getting payed for it. My school helps me out a lot! I've lost 20lbs. But still now word from my ex. Im going to make it a point to get a bigger place and a better car. Plus a good job. I will be a home owner one day I know that for a fact. But still no word from this girl.

Due to my childhood I’ve a fearing avoidant attachment style. My girl got fed up and ended things. I totally feel this video. I so projected all my good qualities onto my ex, who totally "changed" and left me. As it turns out, I am so in love with myself and who I am. I wanted my ex to be that guy. But he is so not. Not even close! 😉🥰🤙

I just found out this morning that the last girl I was dating (post breakup, with the ex I had a coaching on) is back with her ex already. Even though we dated for only 2 months, and the breakup was sorta mutual, it still kinda stung a bit, and made me feel feelings of bitterness, because I was like "how come she can get a 2nd chance with her ex, and not me?"... Point is, yes, I need to hang in there... I need to keep no contact going because I was the one dumped... Almost 6 months now, and I can't ruin all the hard work I've done on myself because I felt a little bitter this morning... I need to dig down deep and continue my work and patience... If you need evidence that breaking no contact doesn't work, I reached out to an ex-FRIEND today after 9 months, and she re-blocked me... Never break no contact people... You're setting yourself up for failure... Stay strong, grow, and move on with your life.
Good advice. I found out the same about 6 months in saw her fb her and her ex. She put "my 1 and only forever" i knew it was bullshit. Now its a year later, she deleted those photos of them a while back and now i dont give a fuck if she comes back or not 😂

its been over 2 months we broke up and 7 months she was seeing someone else not in a sexual manner but dates and such she mpved out and tried avoiding all the issues i blew up and told her new boy friend everything and he wants to be with her

@azoz158 it's mixed she is very neglectful of her own kids and they called me there step dad without me asking and they still see me as that. I don't care much for her reaching out but I do miss and care for the well being of the step kids

But the government has given me 10 visits each to for psychologist
And the police give me 1 counseling visits and the hospital give me 3 visits.
And the only money I have I put my self in a course to learn to be a relationship coach like you.

What If your ex gf is dating someone else and posted on social media, that "if you dont treat someone right, somebody else will take advantage of that and will" I know it was aimed at me. I just see that as her still thinking about the past relationship we had if she is saying stuff like that.
If that's her attitude going into another relationship it's going to fail. She is expecting this new person to fix the damage from your relationship and it's an unrealistic expectation. I wouldn't be surprised if you hear from her within a few months.
@@lalisasmr yea idk if I can ever accept her back. Her mom and brother used to live with us and they have some stuff here. They are going to pick it up this weekend and me and my ex gf still got business related things together, I'm hoping to completely severe everything we had that connected us together still. I had a really good connection with her family, not sure if I should have closure with her mom especially since she really liked me.
@@lalisasmr hello! my ex went over to my house to pick up some stuff. she didnt show any emotions at all. she was in and out in 1 minute. barely any eye contact. barely said anything. i think she is done for sure. it doesnt help either that she is talking to someone else. she only talks about on social media " care for yourself, doesnt matter what others think" and stuff related to that " do you" idk what to think of it

I've been dating and having sex with a girl who lives about 75-90 minutes away for about 6 weeks. I only text or call about once or twice a week to set up and confirm dates.
2 weekends ago, it was her birthday, so she asked me to this comedy club, we went out and at the end of the night I brought out some flowers I had got for her as a birthday present.
We had plans last weekend, but she canceled ahead of time and gave an excuse about having to drive back home to her hometown to watch her pets, and I joked about not being able to compete with the dogs and dropped the convo.
I left it at that, but I began becoming AFRAID (yes yes I admit it) that maybe I wasn't giving her enough attention or maybe too much.
From watching your videos, I know a woman randomly not wanting to see you is normal. But I also know from my own patterns that I do get anxiety about this. I've gone out with a girl who lives about that distance before and I understand that you have to roll with the punches with scheduling sometimes and just trust that you'll see each other again. Do I give her a pass because shes been attentive and keeps her schedule every other time, or should I pull back? If so how much etc?
