My bunny used to do this all the time, though this isn't "rolling," persay, this is essentially the bunny equivilent of crashing and burning. Trust me, as I said, my bunny used to do this all the time, and she was one of the laziest bunnies ever - this is like how people will plop down on a couch for a nap.
He's learned to induce their trance state, a very relaxing position. Never force your rabbit into this state unless they are well supported as they can panic when waking up and possibly damage their spine. Appears to also love the cool soil. :)

I love how he tries digging for like a second and then flops down. That's my approach to work too.
You can tell this is just such a chill bunny from the fact the lady just rolls her back up and she just flops right back down.
