Hey man, nice video, i'm going to try that before the weekend, i have a slightly different model and the fault is different too, my model is str-k685, my fault is that i have no sound at any volume level, but sometimes it just works flawlessly. I've noticed that when it doesn't work it doesn't display the "R", "L" and "SW" squares on the top left of the display, but when it works fine the 3 squares are there as normal, i open it up and the relays had been changed already (i bought it like it is). I did a software reset, a display check, i disabled some advanced features (as it is detailed on the service manual) and the fault persist, i will get my hands on and get back to you, maybe it can help someone else in the future.
I have a Sony Amp receiver may be the same model. The problem is that the radio has a crasy noise

Thanks for the video.I have the same amp but a different problem.The centre channel kept cutting in and out and eventually stopped working.Just after that the headphone socket started cutting in and out and eventually stopped working.All the other channels including the sub still work fine.Is this a relay problem as well?
I’m having the same issue with mine volume at 42 barley hear it it’s a different model but has the 4 relays maybe I’ll give it a go
What If sound does not work in all the right outputs? Could this be the solution it is it something else?
