Idk who that is. But when I first saw her, I thought it was a 40 year old woman who did lot of surgery to try to look young. That is not how a 12 year old looks naturally. She even looks older then Kylie Jenner. The new lips and nose is obvious. Underages can get surgery with consent of parents, so her parents probably let her have surgery. Her parents should honestly be ashamed to let someone that young destroy their looks and look like a 40 year old.
She’s growing , hitting puberty and there will be a lot of change in her body. Change in hairstyle and make up can make a huge difference - I don’t think she has done any surgery - be kind !!! She’s a young girl, who just discovering herself ! And anyway she’s the daughter of one of the most beautiful woman in the world , she’s got it in her genes

Her nose shape is changed. It cannot be possible due to weight loss . As a child she was really skinny and the tip of her nose was not sharp and looked at the time of that annual function. But now in the recent picture her nose is completely changed.
