    • @JonBarberArt
      @JonBarberArt  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Certified, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this comment :) Yes mountains take a bit off practice to do, I still want to improve on mine, Try different ways of making them like different tools, materials and see which ones work best for you and just practice them till you find a way that works for you :)

    • @JoeXTheXJuggalo1

      This is similar to the Bob Ross method of painting mountains but with spray paint.

    • @JoeXTheXJuggalo1

      What do you use to clean off your paintbrush? I know something like spray paint would definitely kill the brush if not cleaned properly.

    Hi,Jon thank you for your very informative and valuable reply. You are so generous man !!!thank you very much.
    would you please tell me
    1.how do you get fire from you spray and what does fire add to the painting?
    2.on what material do you paint?
    3.do you "spring" stars while working or after the paint get dried

    • @JonBarberArt
      @JonBarberArt  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Abdelkader, No problem happy to help :) and Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, feedback, and the questions I really appreciate it :) The fire is used to speed up the drying time of the paint and is also a kind of wow factor to the crowd if you are painting live, to get the flame you spray the paint at a lighter or something like that but be very careful if you are going to use this way and only do it if you feel confident in doing it other wise i would say don't do it :) I paint on glossy card , and I put the stars on right away after adding the background, so the paint is still wet when i add them, I've had no problems with doing it that way :) i hope you find these answers helpful :)

    Another great painting. The moon just leaps off the painting. Have you thought about doing shrubs or bushes in the foreground so you don’t have to bring the the trees all of the way into the foreground. I think that would have been better that the two big trees.
    But what do I know. I still loved it.

    I got a question brother so when you do the fog right at the bottom, how do you do for the white paint not to go over the top and messed the Universe already finish on top, cause that's one of the details i see that the mist won't get on the top area

    • @JonBarberArt
      @JonBarberArt  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Alexis, Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment, feedback and question I really appreciate it :) When doing the mist you have to move the can a lot faster then you normally do and press the cap a lot lighter too and also be closer to the painting so you don't get all over spray on the rest of the painting, it might take a few practice runs to get right if you haven't tried it before :) hope this helps :)
