The composer that wrote the song about his sister, was Dimash’s mentor and teacher. He died of Covid and this was soon after, that he did this tribute. Dimash sang in a state of grief
Эту песню Димаш поет на родном казахском языке . Столько грусти и печали , скорби звучит в песне, ведь расставание с родным человеком всегда печально и больно…❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕
BRAZIL - 😢😥The most emotional song Dimash sang; is a tribute to the great Kazakh composer Kenes Duisekeev, who passed away during the pandemic; victim of (Covid-19), and was also Dimash's teacher at college, there was a friendship between them and Dimash shows total emotion (see his eyes shining, almost in tears) his sincere facial expression, a beautiful, emotional tribute... . Thanks
For me, this performance of Dimash is so raw with emotion, that I only listen to it when my feelings are as raw as those in the song. If that makes sense ❤❤❤❤
That was his mentor who had passed away with covid ❤ the way you reacted to the song I had listened to that song a zillion time Still feel the same every time
QARAGIM AY / MY DEAR More than 25 years ago, the poet Shomishpay Sariev wrote the lyrics of the song “Karagym Ay”. He wanted to dedicate a song to his daughter, who was getting married. The father puts his feelings and thoughts into the lyrics: how will the life of his daughter and her chosen one turn out, what awaits her? Talks with his daughter about the meaning of life. The poet points out, that the most important meaning of life is love. Life without love is empty. All the wealth accumulated over a lifetime is not worth even one day spent in love. The poet askes his friend, the famous composer Kenes Duisekeev, to write the music for the lyrics. The composer writes the music for the song, recalls his only sister, who did not have time to get married, because she died at the age of 19. Imagines what kind of feelings the father would have experienced if he married her to a man. Therefore, the song turned out not only about the poet’s daughter, who is getting married, but also about the composer's sister, who did not live up to her wedding. The song conveys sadness, the sadness of love which never had a chance to live. (Credits to Dimash Multicultural Club on Facebook) The composer is shown in the background and he died due to the virus in July 2020. He wasn’t only the composer of this song, he also was Dimash‘s teacher/mentor at university and a grandfatherly friend for him. Dimash sings this song so beautifully... in part like a grieving human, and in part like an angel giving someone a sendoff to heaven.
No extreme notes or vocal acrobatics yet is not as well known as others. It’s one of my favourites, Dimash was paying respect for a beloved tutor. Who died of covid. The pianist also was a student apparently
This performance is very sad, as it was in memory of his professor, Kenes Duisekeev, who died during the pandemic. And he is the one who wrote the song/music. The song was written by two people actually, the music by Kenes Duisekeev, and the poem by Kazakh poet Shomishpay Sariev.
would you be surprised to know that Michael Jackson is one of Dimash's top five idols? He even did a tribute to MJ at one of his concerts. He said that at times it feels like MJ is on the stage with him. There are a few videos where it is obvious MJ's influence, such as, give Me Your Love, Be With Me, and El Amor En Ti / Almaty Concert. That last song I think you will absolutely flip over. He even dances in "Give Me Your Love".
He lost his Teacher/Mentor Kenes Duisekeyev who wrote the music when he preformed this version. IT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL💔 It is in the Depths of an Old Soul that Gives This Kind of Beauty, the Ability to be Shared Honestly & Openly. The 🌎 Can See, Hear & Feel His Sorrow 🦌✨🤍✨🦌 🤍2U&ALLU🤍🦌🦌💫🌎🕊️✨🇺🇸

He sang this song before the writer's death. To me it's very remarkable how different those interpretations are. This version adds a kind of sadness which wasn't there before.

A presto
Marc Anthony is not Spanish, he is an American born in NY. His style is not Spanish either, clearly latin-american (his ancestors were from Puerto Rico). Nice reaction to a such beautiful song.
Hey Susanna, thanks. I am aware of his ancestry. We are actually from the same place. This is the reason why I loosely used the term "Spanish singers" because it is commonly used interchangeably amongst New Yorkers who occasionally use urban vernacular when referring to Latinos who speak Spanish. However, I appreciate you for sharing the facts!
@susannariera I understand and respect your perspective. I'm just sharing with you the culture of where I am from. Doesn't mean it's accurate, just commonplace to some in that region. All respect to you though and the beautiful people of Spain. 🙂

Such a beautiful song. You have such a soothing speaking voice. Did you ever do radio?
Thank you so much. I work as a voice-over actor periodically but radio would be lovely. Bless you!🙂
Glad you asked him. I thought the same thing yesterday. 😊

@@Esjaetv it's like saying Elvis was British beacuse he sang in English, lol. I'm from Catalonia (spain) so I was like, nope, not at all.
