      @@NilsBeardfoot I mean using an airbrush, I’d only ever seen regular brushes/ sponges being used and clearly airbrush adds a blending dynamic, very cool!

      @@agreatalternative it definitely does, you have all the control over the colour you get in the end, so I can really recommend it :)

      Thank you :) Well would be difficult to show, a lot just goes on in my head, the rest is googling stuff and pushing lines around on the computer, readjusting things atleast twice over several weeks :D

    Wich kind of resist do you use, en wich antique gel?

    • @NilsBeardfoot
      @NilsBeardfoot  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Here I used Tandy's Eco Flow resist and antique, if my project base colour is already darker, I use fiebings antique gel, there I do use a resist only after the antique to secure it but not before the antique

      @@NilsBeardfoot thank you for the response. I use eco flo antique walnut, and it makes the "non-coloured" parts a bit red (hence the walnut). I can't find a antique gel that's transparent like yours

      @@ezekielbarentszn4971 Mine is dark brown so definitely not transparent. I think I know what's your problem, the resist is not sealing the leather up enough, that's why I always do 2 coats there and make a little test area to see if it comes out like I wanted it. Be sure to let the resist dry before you add another coat and before adding the antique gel.
