The most important distinction comes if you are laid off which can happen as a financial transaction to anyone with skills, h1b does not give you enough time especially in recession to look for next opportunity. A few become rich most lead lives similar to ones they come from in India. As children grow and make their own way your cute family unit may look very different. Age brings its own problems. Dear young people from India make these choices carefully. Do not pay too heavy a price just to live far outside your country.
1/3rd of indians going abroad are going to usa, 268K/750K
I like your views , thoughts & ideas. I love your presentation. God bless.
Can you answer one question.
My package in India will be 45 -50 lpa in India. I may get a chance with the same company to work in us san francisco. The salary range I saw is 220k pre tax including everything. I am 30 and married. Will you recommend me to come to us.
45 - 50 LPA … I’m assuming you get 40 LPA after taxes or 38… I’m guessing you spend.. 8 to 10 L .. which leaves you 28 L in savings (it’s 33K USD) .. I think you can save a bit more than that coming to USA. SF is expensive. But you get to experience US life too. Making friends might be difficult in the beginning. But it will get better later. Think from expenses and savings perspective. Might give you an answer. But if you’re someone who needs to be in touch with extended family and friends .. then US might not be a good choice for you.

Only 1 question....Do you have a Green card? Are you a US Citizen? If the answers to both these questions is a No then I wish you good luck😂😂
Only us citizenship and GC is not enough need skills to get job also proper skills gets jobs even for h1
@@SuperJaasminin theory true but in real life not true. US employers are slowly cutting down visa sponsorship and sending the jobs to captive locations in near shore and off shore where skills can be found. Secondly with h1b, you miss out on large number of jobs that are in federal and state goverment where only Citizens and green card holders can apply. The most important distinction comes if you are laid off which can happen as a financial transaction to anyone with skills, h1b does not give you enough time especially in recession to look for next opportunity. Green card and Citizenship allow you to take unemployment benefits while yoy look for the next. Its a capitalist economy in the US so best way is to protect the downside first. Good luck

The jobs are going to captive services companies wholly owned by big Multinational companies, this will affect outsources like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.
All the big banks in the US have wholly owned services company in India where they have captive resources who get paid competitively compared to outsourcers and so get better talent.
Because they can get away exploiting cheap labour in India.
Indians have flooded the market you need to compete with those in OPT who are so desperate even for part time jobs, i have dropped the idea for a year so i can take GRE IELTS in a year.
I think those who have money can go now its best time because you can get best universities if you apply now
In future same situation will be there no change
I get that opportunity is increasing in india but what about quality of life and work corporate only focus on exploiting employees tax rates are all time high and quality of life is shitty. Like they say "tax like europe facilities like somalia"

Due to Kota pattern, wrong people get selected for IIT. Secondly, the proportion of engineering passout to total population also has gone wrong. You can get one hundred engineers effortlessly, but you can't recruit 100 welders even after efforts. Further, welder delivers his output to organization by the same day of joining whereas engineers need to be trained for one year. Today or tomorrow, reality will catch up.
