Good Video however things to consider
    1) Buying a home in a fast appreciating market like early phase of new construction community in Good school rating area reduces the break even period to 2-3 years.
    2) Interest paid upto $750k in a year is 100% exempted from taxable income which is the most important feature of buying home with loan.
    3) Try to pay 20% of home price within a year to get rid of PMI
    4) Within 3 years try to refinance for 20 year or 15 year loan to get reduced interest rate and to accelerate equity gain
    5) Comparing Apartment to Home is not apple to apple comparison if both are not in same locality and don't have same size. Generally people buy home that has extra rooms and area than apartment. If one rents a house with same size and in same locality as of buying of home then the rent amount would be almost same as of buying home

Can you please suggest based on your experience so far, is it better to do more down payment initially if we can or only 20% is good enough. Please share your thought on this.

gross income ka 35-40% bol raha he phir bache paise dusre kharche aur saving me daal raha he, to tax kaun bharega bhai? its better to manage it around 40% of Net income if possible and not gross. I understand its a standard formula but most practical is Net income and not gross.

You did not talk about people who already have savings to buy a house and do not need loan . What is your insight on that.

Bhai tax rate nai bataya kya i skipped video bcoz most things are known by home buyer unless he is very freshly hunting house. Property tax can be minium $600 and easily $1000 for $400k new home.
