Warum Endloskette und der Aufwand die Schwinge zu lösen?
YAMAHA sieht in seiner Reparaturanleitung dies aus Sicherheitsgründen so vor. ALLE Nieten sind werkseitig gleich verpresst

30 or 32 mm
30 mm with 95 Nm is korrektly !!

Müssen die Ritzel immer mit getauscht werden beim Ketten Wechsel ?
Fahre eine MT 125 und kette ist jetzt fällig bei 12000 Laufleistung .
wenn Kette und Kettenrad neu sein soll, kommst auch nicht auf das tauschen des Ritzel an. Sollte bei der Aktion mit getauscht. -Teile sind im Zubehör auch recht günstig. Bei der Kette nicht sparen sondern DID Ketten verwenden.

Was it necessary to get new front sprocket nut, or the old one could be re-used?
It's an older comment, but i will answer anyways in case someone else reads it. Yes it is necessary to change both sprockets when you replace the chain. The sprockets and the chain wear in on each other. It is however not necessary, nor is it good practice to remove this frame/chain covers and losen swing arm bolts, just to thread the chain trough there. The chain usually comes with an open link and you connect the links on the bike. Depending on the link type, either with a chain tool or with a pair of pliers, if it is a snap on type link.

No easy way around it in my experience.
Had to grind it off eventually. Which wasn't easy and very delicate.
