- Part 9 - What's going on Cryptocurrency Universe! I hope everybody's is doing will! In this video, in my mining dungeon, we're getting ever so close to actually turning on the cryptocurrency mining rig with 125 orange pi's. I've condensed down 6 hours of me wiring this mining rig down to about 10 minutes or so. I hope you guys enjoy the build! Make sure to watch it all the way through, like and subscribe, there is an Easter eggs =) Happy Halloween Everyone
I'm going to attempt to build the world's largest Cryptocurrency Mining Rig Orange Pi Cluster supercomputer that I'm aware of with 125 Orange Pi's. The rig will have more than 1,000 CPU cores, 500 gigabytes of RAM, 750 Tops of AI computing power and draw around 1000 Watts amazingly at full blast. In theory it's not built yet we'll see what it does when it's actually done.
For those of you who would like to build your own cluster you can use any SPC like the Raspberry Pi, Rock Pi, Banana Pi, or the Orange Pi like I did, it's just a lot more powerful with eight cores then the Raspberry Pi 5.

The true power of decentralization is putting power back in the hands of YOU!

@TheBitcoinMiner good sir where have you gone?
I guess it averages a 825MH/s and pulls right around 875W of power(only the opis no cooling or accessories included).
RGB lights give you over 9000ZH/s more
Nice video as always, been following this series of episodes closely. Nice job on the video but mainly on the project/built and quality you put into it. And love the dedication and Verus color/branding everywhere. Overall Good Job.
I guess it'll do something between 600 and 700MH. BTW, my verusID is Legacy.PBaaSLaunch@ Unfortunately I didn't take the time to create one personal for now ending in .vrsc@.
Cool, thanks , it's been a fun project but yeah definitely time-consuming.
What about zeph
what a project! I was excited when I got 7 of the orange pi mining. I cant wait to see this mining!
Verus is the way! Love the build!
Is there any ROI?
When I first built it it was about 3 years and now due to the bridge release is probably closer to a year.
Looking good 🎉
Looks great! Probably reaching 950 mh/s? Would love to build one but I don't have the budget or space for it for now, maybe one day.
Between random stuff like tablets, phones, TVs, games consoles, smart appliances, etc - I think I barely have 25-30 clients on my home network at any one time. Your setup eats up half an entire octet lol. Love it.
It destroyed my 10-year-old router =( there's a new video coming out. We wind up having to do a quick PF sense setup and then had to do another major overhaul.
i mining fish in pool on rooftop.. i got 5kg per week as reward like got a block in blockchain.. 😂
Awesome setup and series. Very professional setup. Are you going to run all these as independent workers or manage them as one single supercomputer? Can you run us over a step by step of the software setup when you get that far. VerusID Louise@
We're planning on running them as individual workers for now.
