I was addicted to smoke and I was foodie too, I decided to quit smoking then every time I feel to smoke I was buying food with same money that I used to buy cigarettes and I am free from smoking now... implemented that without knowing all these.. this video gave me more details to over come other addictions as well.. thanks again..
