As a 21 year old woman, my mother never really took the time to teach me these qualities or nurture me into being a strong high-class woman. So having a black woman teach other young black women like me these qualities in a modern world is so inspiring and influential. Thank you Breeny! I love videos like this so much, when you spoke about the victim mentality it really hit me how we really just accept our fate and our lot in life and don't make anything out of the soil that God has given us. I struggle with this everyday. It's like I want to be a better person, I want to forgive myself and start a new virtuous life that I know I can have; but everytime I try it's like pushing a 10 ton boulder up a hill, always backsliding and on the verge of giving up and going back to accepting that my old habits are "just who I am" and not getting up again. I've ruined so much of my life that it feels impossible. But this is a wonderful blueprint to start over.

i’m dealing w it a little too and what i can say from experience is, there’s absolutely no way you can control how other people perceive you. the only thoughts you can control is your own. all that matters is how you view yourself. it’s impossible to be perfect. another way is like thinking of your last interaction w someone and realizing that you completely forgot abt it and seeing that no one actually cares, we as humans are selfish by nature so the main focus in our lives is ourselves and what we’re experiencing. last thing is to just acccept you have social anxiety and forgive yourself and not look down on yourself with shame for having it. you are human and it’s not shameful to have it. hope my advice helps. :)
