I think you should be kind to yourself. Sometimes, you really are not doing as bad as you think. You could probably take some time out to reflect on the positive, shifting your mind from whatever negative might be going on around you at the moment. Focus on the happy moments, reflect on those happy days, Then, think of ways you could better rearrange your life goals (taking baby steps, I believe would be necessary at this point, because whenever you win- no matter how little, that win might seem, it's going to give you a boost!) In all things, 1. Be kind to yourself 2. Practice gratitude by focusing on the present and past positives 3. Make baby steps, and celebrate every win, no matter how little they may seem.
