Instructional Tutorial # 2 - Frog Mandala dot painting step by step

I didn't realize the first step didn't record. All I did was take a ruler to help me find the center. Once you find the center, place the compass tip in the center, and draw some circles. Then trace your template somewhere in the middle. (It doesn't have to be exact).
