usually all plugins are tuned to i think 44 hz anyway so if you just leave it alone it should work.. but I think you will hear when tuning is necessary
Remember, analog synths, as well as virtual analogues of them, like moog's miniV have pitch drifting as a defect (original hardware) /character (virtual). VCOs got that queezy character to them, the imperfect pitch that makes them unique.
