Seems like 1990 was an epic year!!! Holy Wars and Painkiller were released the same year. Classic and legendary bands touring... music is not like it used to be. By the way, Rob has a nice personality off stage also.
Went to that opening night at the Montreal Forum 10/18/'90, it was great & when Priest went on the sound man must have lost his mind - it was BY FAR the LOUDEST concert I've been to & I've been to many, it was stupid to push the PA that far. I fortunately had earplugs with me & even they weren't enough. I was around row 20 on my left side, I guess I could have been in the PA's sound wave hot spot but man I wish I had a decibel meter in my pocket-lol
Damn, this takes me back. This was 1990, right before Desert Storm so it was cool that Rob gave a shout out to the armed forces. I'll never forget when this tour came to my town, I was there and he introduced "All guns blazing" by saying "this next one is for Saddam fuck you Hussein"!
Dave mustaine was my idol as a teenager but looking at the interviews here, Rob seems like much more of a likeable person and humble 😅. I forgot how arrogant Dave used to be…..he’s pretty humble and kind now…
I NOTICED THAT THE PARENTS WERE NOT CRYING OR SADDENED BY THE DEATHS OF THEIR CHILDREN IN COURT. THE REACTIONS OF THE PARENTS IT WAS LIKE A SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR A CAR ACCIDENT NO LOSS OF LIFE JUST DAMAGE TO THE CARS. THE PARENTS TO ME SEEMED VERY COLD TO THE DEATHS OF THEIR CHILDREN
Weird how Rob says "Between the Hammer and the Anvil" has lyrics influenced by the Reno court case, and yet the album was fully recorded and done before they were even in court >_>
theyre smart musicians they probably kept working at the songs until the final product was down, so they would've kept perfecting the songs when they went back after the reno case and maybe changed some lyrics even solos who knows
Painkiller and Rust in Peace in the same year... 1990 was a damn good year for metal
_When MTV cared about music._
Halford saying to you that you are the ultimate metal drummer in the world should be THE BEST!!!

The Few, The Proud, The Marines. After reading Rob’s book... it all makes sense.
That was gross. Love Rob but he's a sick pervert.
@@aerlial360 Sure, and if he gave you so much as a sideways glance you'd be on your knees with your mouth hanging open.
@@aerlial360 because he's gay??? are you from one of those backwards countries? wwww
yep ! Rob sure liked a " man in uniform!"
Best era for The Priest ever!

Epic classic, history has a way of simply presenting greatness, I certainly do not think 'Hey Reno' with that huge tune.
It had been discussed before that though, so they would have been aware before the actual trial.
Scoth looks like a blue Shark
poussy Or a giraffe or Michael Jackson
And behind we can see John Cena at 4:13
The only guy that could actually see John Cena is Chuck Norris.
Besides. Chuck Norris is the only human that could actually see dark matter as well
Rob is the coolest gay guy.
With the exception of J.Bieber
some one cant count reporter said 4th album may want to count again lmao
