I love Vn, my wife is Vietnamese. Met so many different Vietnamese in different states during my travels there. They are mostly very passionate people and very friendly. However the corruption issue is quite rampant I believe. Vn is the only country that I've been to in recent years that my wife and I got stopped at the airport immigration and got blatantly asked for bribes/$$$, and not once but twice 😂. Really enjoy your informative videos Ken, as I hope to settle down with my wife in Vn one day, thank you and keep up the good work!

Pay no attention to the accent, instead focus on the vocabulary and the grammar. I know many accomplished Vietnamese with heavy accents.
i believe the driving force of your subscribers is the good content you provide, not your accent, grammar, and vocabulary. I especially enjoy the negative view regarding the issues happening in Vietnam. Not ever videos should be rosy outcome unless your channel is propaganda on behalf of the Vietnam government. I speak English with a strong accent, with a post-graduation diploma, I can engage the conversation with anyone who speaks English fluently and comprehend while reading. Once my ESL teacher told me that she would respect people who speak English with an accent because it tells her that they know more languages than she does.

I wish I had found you 7 years ago to help with the legal issue. My uncle made some forged deeds to have my grandmother estate transfer to him behind her back. Now my his son inherited the estate

Ken I am a retired Canadian married to a Vietnamese country woman living in the trees north of Saigon. I need some legal advise but can't afford you as my monthly income is about two hours of your time. Having said that, I can enjoy your vids free. I want to say Ken, is a very smart lawyer and executive dedicated to his roots to help his ethnic ancestors and Western people, and note he is as American as I am. I went to Vietnam for 2-3 day recently and can say I am a senior mobile industry executive bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnam is the recipient of lots of investment and I am seeking a job there right now，honestly with the exception of Singapore, few Asian countries are perfect, but for sure if you stereotype you sound dumb! Apple is producing iPads in Vietnam via their ODM manufacturing partner Foxconn and other Taiwanese ODMs! I don’t really know Ken personally but I do know a humble and honest, straight forward man when I see and hear one. Let me close by stating the 21 century is not a Chinese Century it’s more a Pacific Century and Ken probably could be successful in Hollywood because he has real talent and as soon as I land a role in Vietnam, the first thing I am going to do is invite Ken to excellent Vietnamese coffee! In reference to jackle4984 Ken, I have Vietnamese friends in Australia who I could imagine writing something like that. One friend's family history was escaping the communist in China before WWII and then losing everything again when Saigon fell. It is not surprising that people like that hold strong and hard opinions. To be fair, there is some truth to his opinion. I know many people who got burned after going back. But no risk, no reward. It's a beautiful country is so many aspects and you have a great channel. As for the accent m8, every native speaker has an accent and of course, people raised with it as a second language from kindergarden have an accent. There are certainly accents in the UK that are very difficult to follow and lets not talk about some Indian accents. what a stupid comment - shows you how limited that person's exposure to the world is, more than anything else.
