Primitive Mormon Tea from Ephedra Stems

- Many species of Ephedra grow in different parts of the world. Ephedrine is extracted mostly from Ephedra sinica in China and is used as a weight-loss supplement, energy and athletic enhancer, and a cold suppressant. Ephedra californica, also known as "Mormon tea", has been shown to only contain trace amounts of pseudoephedrine. In this video I harvest fresh stems of Ephedra californica in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California. A few days later I return to my hut and prepare Mormon tea at my primitive kitchen.

He being in Australia is limited geographically, just like me and every other channel because the landscape, plants and animals vary widely from place to place.

@@JAL_EDM Yes, but when he had less than 50k viewers I ran into him, I was drunk at the time and I had just finished watching "Dexter" the tv show, I thought he looked like the character, and I was so disappointed with the ending that I thought his "surviving Snake Island series" would've made a better ending to the Tv show.

Me watching this while eating a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar and enjoying a nice cold bottled water in my recliner. I just finished eating some triscut crackers with sliced turkey sandwich meat and smoked Gouda cheese, I paired all that with sour cream and onion ruffles

Not everyone can live off the land. We they can. But you always have to have money. I don’t cook in most pots. Only cast iron. And when l started years ago using them. My iron was really low. And then it went up. So they are really good to get iron for your body. .. l just started watching you. .. Have a nice day.
