    Amma superb...Rakesh bro if you're not eating oil OsteoArthritis,skin dryness,gall bladder stones,bile salt deficiency all will come. And in our south indian cooking we are making for large portion not like western or American one serving..so when we serve our portion will come a little less than 1/4 teaspoon only come and for vegetarian ghee is the good fat option..nonveg people they're having animal fat...so don't stop Amma...her experience and her cooking methods are absolutely right..Even when you eat poori in breakfast our moms cook sambar or rasam less oil food for lunch so it will balamce our oil intake..we should have good fat everyday to be healthy and work with endurance that is without tiredness you can work with fat energy...i think due to more conciousness after some yrs people will face a mal nutrition problems or diseases more..so balance your food habit it keeps you healthy...

    My father used the same way with Bombay rawa. It can make instantly for the unexpected guests. Usually in Kerala we don't eat tiffin, only for amavasai ekadashi etc. The things we use only whatever available in our farm.😊😊😊😊
