Honestly, I do some training with kettlebells from time to time, but my knowledge is limited with them. I will be posting more fitness videos over the next few months, once the lock downs are eased up and I can get outside and film more. Thanks for the support my friend. Hey P. Lab, I would start with strength training, maybe with dumbbells or resistance bands, or even just body weight exercises. You can do strength training circuits, where you go from exercise to exercise with little to no rest between the exercises as you get stronger. Circuit training will keep your heart rate up, adding a cardio element to the workout.
Explosiveness (or speed) is about strength, power, moving efficiently and also genetics, but improving your strength can help improve your explosiveness.
What excercise is it called if you put to your bar 500kg of weight and can never lift it but you still try it and use your maximum strenght to try to lift it. I do that and just wanna know name of that excersice so i can do research on it

I believe that circuit training can have great benefits for a majority of people. By doing circuit training, you do strength training circuits and go from exercise to exercise with little to no rest. This allows you to keep your heartbeat elevated, so, you are doing strength and cardio training at the same time. However, in my opinion, any exercise routine that you enjoy and stay consistent doing, is the one you should do. If you hate a certain type of exercise, you aren't going to stick with it long term.
