As a lucky mesomorph...I will admit that although we are blessed with our potential...that same potential often leads to bad habits and a higher likelihood of not taking goals as seriously. I've always been fortunate that I can basically choose the physique I want and start to see results within 2 months of starting a routine, but I have had a terrible time maintaining those gains due to laziness and taking things for granted. I find that most of my friends who are way more fit than I am are ectomorphs and endomorphs...because they've had to work much harder and tend to stick with their goals way more thoroughly and for long-term too...so if you're one of those, consider yourself more fortunate than you think.

Having mesomorph physique is awesome. My muscle gain in just a 2 week span is like night and day. Almost at 3 weeks and my Lats are coming in and getting wider and I don’t need to flex for my abs to show anymore.
Ectomorph makes sprinters (somewhat weak at strength) Mesomorph makes handsome bodybuilders (strong not so weak at strength) Endomorph makes enormous strongmen (not to be underestimated, these guys are HULKS)
I used to be a ectomorph for the first 38 years of my life, never gained a pound long limbs lean and ripped body type. When I became a truck driver I started gaining that much needed bodyweight I was always wanting, but I let it get too far and now I am a endomorph
You can just do push-ups gradually making them more difficult start by leaning against a wall an push against it doing more and more when you get comfortable with the exercise and when it gets real easy try another push up variation like diamond push ups and crawling push ups.
I´m something between endomorph and mesoporh... I had really big belly and skinny arms, but after a month I have loosen few pounds on the belly and i can finally do 10 push up in a row, but this video also helped!

In my childhood (4-5 years old) i was more like a mesomorph but now (17 years old )I'm more of looking like a endomorph with all the tasty and delicious treats in our Indian cuisine...😋
Yaa this is so accurate ,I was going to gym back for 3 months I didn't get any results as at all but later I realised and trained according to my body type and focused on diet that helped me and I gained 22pounds in 7months (127-149),But in between I again stopped gaining weight so I changed my training routine and started training each different parts muscle parts every week .Try training twice each muscle group.And compound lifts are best,Just by deadlift will help you gain 3-5pounds of weight each month.

It is there is huge variation within body types more so than between smart thing with population clusters world wide including, even more so the melting pots of the world. Most men are more physically robust and domineering than women but within gender there Is even more variation than between both genders

Think I'm either an Endomorph or a Mesomorph. Either one of those methods work for me to get in shape. Although I feel like lean toward the Endomorph since I'm prone-to-barrel, but I lost 100 lbs. in 3 months by: 1.Riding exercise bike (30 min twice/day) 2.Sit-ups(30 twice/day) 3.Push-ups(30 twice/day) 4.Light weight lifting (5 to 10 lbs. dumbbells) 5.Drinking Gatorade 6.Eating (Church's chicken tender meal with two sides[mac and cheese, cajun rice, mash potatoes or corn on the cob], biscuit and a drink[water, tea, or diet soda]) virtually everyday However, my inspiration at the time was a woman I was interested in and it did work. Although she was interested before and just became more interested after the weight loss. So whatever motivation you need to get in shape find it and make it happen. 👍👍✌ out
Mesomorph here. Quite strong compared to my weight. I'm only 62kg male but moving around 500-1000kg no big deal. Can almost double my weight like moving stuffs and have 120kg and no issue. The only drawback is that if something heavy goes loose , you cant stop it with that weight. Too light for that.
🤨🤔 Not doubting you or nothing but do you know that 500kg is 1100lbs? And 1000kg is 2100-2200lbs and you are 62kg which is around 130-140lbs so??? Unless your a power lifter 🏋️♂️
Thanksful for bring a mesomorph. I once slacked so much for a few months. Eating junk food and sleeping so much without much exercise and all i gained was around 4kg and love handles that all went away and became muscle within 1month of exercising and weights. Its really easy to lose gains and put on weight but the reverse is also true. If you love food.. ectomorph is the best i guess

Mesomorph here. Finally something to explain why I have to eat insane calorie amounts and my weight fluctuates insanely. Does not really matter what I do my body stays in decent shape. If I work out I gain weight if I stop I lose it. I want to be at least 160-180 lbs due to being almost 6ft tall but the amount of effort would be annoying to maintain. I did a iron nugget tri the other year and got a lot of attention but that was just a 1 time thing as of now. Maybe I will do more in the future but considering the whole thing is rigged based on if you can afford a top of the line bicycle or not puts me off. Make all triathletes use the same exact bike and I will go back and do it again. People were like your doing awesome as they passed me up and I was so confused until I realized they all felt horrible they were blowing past me using those special bicycles that almost peddle for you. I had fun but I will not ever be able to sit there and stomach legal cheating. Cheating in any form that gives unfair advantages does not belong in sports period. Even if I got uplifted and sponsered a fancy bike the people left behind would always nag at my mind and I could never be happy to be part of something like that. I am not a fink. Too many of those types in the world already.

Maybe I will do more in the future but considering the whole thing is rigged based on if you can afford a top of the line bicycle or not puts me off. Make all triathletes use the same exact bike and I will go back and do it again. People were like your doing awesome as they passed me up and I was so confused until I realized they all felt horrible they were blowing past me using those special bicycles that almost peddle for you. I had fun but I will not ever be able to sit there and stomach legal cheating. Cheating in any form that gives unfair advantages does not belong in sports period. Even if I got uplifted and sponsered a fancy bike the people left behind would always nag at my mind and I could never be happy to be part of something like that. I am not a fink. Too many of those types in the world already.

There are no just 3 body types. They are just summary of more than 80 body type indicated by doctors. One can has features of 3 of these body type.
