When Prisoner came along no one in Australia really batted an eyelid. The UK were a long way behind in this and in the UK the show had a reputation for being cult/gay cult/lesbian cult.
The presenter is Linda Mitchell. I believe this clip was part of BBC Wales's coverage of Garden Festival Wales, which took place in Ebbw Vale between May and October 1992.
